  Earl is one of the nicest guys I've ever had the chance of coming in contact with, not only did. he answer the phone in the middle of his vacation, he staying with us through the entire process and communicating every detail flawlessly, Super super nice guy. Could not imagine having another loan officer after this.

  Lisa came highly recommended to me by a close friend who is a real estate agent and she was great in helping me through a VA IRRL, getting me a rate reduction of over a point and a half!   Michelle and Michelle's Team are great! Michelle is very patient, she answers any questions that I have, even if they are dumb ones lol. Her and her whole team are so nice and helpful with everything! They all kept us in the loop every step of the way so we were never in the dark. Its like they were moving with us!   Michelle Schmidt and her team are that amazing! I have purchased and refinanced twice with Caliber. All of the experiences have gone very well. This most recent with Michelle, the smoothest by far.
