  I had a great experience working with Amylou. There were minor issues with their on-line document signing system and with some of the forms initially filled in on our behalf by 1st Security Bank staff. But overall the process was easy, and Amylou was a pleasure to work with. She was very responsive to my phone calls and E-mails and also patient and thorough responding to my many questions. I would gladly use Amylou and 1st Security Bank for another real estate loan in the future.

  I have worked with AmyLou many times over the years, on a couple of new mortgages, a couple of refis, and she helped answer questions and things while I sold a house, too. She has always been fantastic, every single time. She made working with her at 1SB very easy, always quick with communications, explanations, and everything else you could want from a mortgage officer. She's really easy to work with and fun to talk to, which is the opposite of what you might expect from many in finance. She'll be honest about her spelling not being a strength, so don't let that deter you. I highly recommend her.

  Wow, where could I start Amylou Baird was awesome to work with. We in the confusion of the move and the loan and all the things going on got our numbers wrong. It was totally our mix up and Amylou was able to work a miracle and within the end of the day made the numbers right for us. Even giving us a better interest rate!
