  I've used Westwood Mortgage and Tom Schwab for 3-4 mortgages. They are extremely easy to work with, thorough, knowledgeable, and more than helpful. They answer all of your questions, and there are no surprises. Hopefully we've purchased our last property, but if not, I'll be calling Westwood Mortgage again. I can't recommend them highly enough.

  Drew Daley was a great help during our journey of finding a home. It took us 6 months and during this time Drew was always available and timely gave us updated pre-approval whenever we needed to put in an offer. During the closing process, Drew's team was so easy to work with and the entire process felt so painless. His team also was able to meet a very tight turn around time as we wanted to accelerate the closing date. During rate locking process, Drew also worked hard to find us the best rate with rebate instead of rushing us into locking in something that was not in our best interest. To me personally, communication is very important and Drew was always responsive to my questions/concerns. Overall, there was no hidden fees or any surprises with the final settlement compared to original estimate. Highly recommend.

  My wife and I recently refinanced our home together with Westwood. Our loan originator Brett was absolutely wonderful to deal with, being highly knowledgeable, available, and helpful. This is the 4th home loan I have had and hands down this has been the smoothest most trouble free experience I have ever had with one. Additionally, westwood offered me by a good margin the most competitive interest rate I found in my shopping for a home loan. I would highly recommend Westwood Morthgage to anyone!

  The BEST Mortgage company I have ever worked with (I have worked with 4 other big companies). Tom Schwab and his team at Westwood Mortgage are very responsive, very knowledgeable, and are all about doing the right thing. Other big mortgage companies don't even come close to Westwood's level of service. They are off-the-charts-good at what they do. We quickly closed on our refinance in November. Five months later I am just getting around to writing this review and I am still amazed by them!

  I recently worked with Tom Schwab and the Westwood Mortgage team on a home purchase. I cannot say enough positive things about them, the experience, their dedication, and their service. I had a difficult loan situation and after working with a large National Lender who provided poor service and communication, I decided to reach out to Tom. I am very happy I did. I have purchased 6 homes in 4 states and this was by far the best experience, especially considering the new laws and regulations. Tom worked tirelessly and effectively in every step of the process. His communication skills are excellent, and we closed early! If you want personalized service, great rates, and a lender who will support you every step of the way, I highly recommend Tom Schwab and Westwood Mortgage!

  During Covid I could not get a hold of any Mortgage companies to get a prequal but was able to work with Drew at Westwood. He was extremely timely, knowledgeable, and made the process extremely easy. Having worked with other Mortgage company's on my condo purchase, I can say with Drew and Westwood were the best I've seen. Would highly recommend to others looking to buy or refinance.

  My wife and I were super happy with the level of service we got from Westwood Mortgage. Steve Daley did a great job guiding us through the process of buying our first home. We pick up the keys today! Highly recommended for his knowledge and attention to detail and ability to shepherd us through a fairly unknown world in a friendly and calm manner. He definitely assuaged any fears we might have had during the process, and got us some great numbers through his diligence and experience.

  Tom Schwab & the staff at Westwood Mortgage are top notch. They are totally focused on making sure the customer has a great mortgage program that fits their needs, a very low interest rate and that the customer is educated on the mortgage process. Tom has his customers best interests in mind and always works to get the best deal possible. I would recommend everyone to use Westwood Mortgage.

  We've love Steve at Westwood Mortgage so much we've used him twice and any other houses we buy along the way we will always go back to Steve. He is extremely knowledgeable, easy to work with and willing to go the extra mile to make sure you are taken care of. He takes the time to explain where you are at in the process and what the next step will be. He makes the loan process easy low stress which is great when you have a busy life. Any time I run across someone who is interested in getting a loan or re-fiance I always recommend Steve at Westwood Mortgage.
