  This was the easiest mortgage contract I've ever had, from the prequalify to the actual mortgage contract. Leah answered all my questions any time I had them, told me what I needed, and let me change things I needed with no fuss. I would definitely use them again and would recommend them to anyone that needs a mortgage.

  People always talk about the house buying process being incredibly difficult and stressful, but honestly, the Anglin Zamir team made the process so pleasant and easy that my wife and I didn't experience any difficulties. They made the process so streamlined and effortless that we hardly noticed it was happening until it was all over and we were moving into our new home in Lakewood, WA.   We just finished refinancing our house with the Anglin Zamir Team at Guild Mortgage and cannot be happier with the process. It was smooth from start to finish with excellent communication and transparency of the process from the group. This is our second transaction with this team and will come back if/when we need their services again. We have used other companies for previous purchases and it was such a nightmare I dreaded buying/refinancing again. After working with Guild that eased all stress and I would be happy to go through the process again!

  Buying a house can be intimidating for the best of us, but you’d never know it when working with Leah. I definitely had no clue about a lot of the loan process, but that wasn’t a problem because she was so great about walking us through step by step.   Service was amazing! Above and beyond in communication and explanation of the process. Even during after hours, I was able to get responses within an hour! Just amazing service! Very happy to experience this in contrast to other lenders. I actually started off with 2 other lenders. first one didn't work out because of a low preapproval amount. The second one fell off because of a lack in communication. But Leah and her team stood out! 5+plus stars! Thanks for being there for us!

  I don't know that I have the words to adequately express my gratitude and experience that I had with Leah. As a first time home buyer, she made the process easier than I could have imagined. At no point did I ever feel lost; Leah took the time to explain each step in the process, what was required and why. It's crystal clear that Leah is knowledgeable, passionate, and patient in her craft.
