  Very thankful to have the expertise and friendliness of this Guild Mortgage team to assist me with the purchase of my first home. Buying a house can be an extremely scary process, but I felt comfortable and safe knowing I had a great team working with me. Jason Bloom worked so hard and was fully committed to helping me get into my beautiful home within a month. I was blown away how fast and courteous everyone was and I couldn't have been happier. Thank you all for working so hard for me and making me feel included with every step and also calming my nerves. Great family atmosphere.

  There is a reason why Jason and Guild Mortgage Company have many five stars reviews.My wife and I purchased our first house with Jason's help 14 years ago. Since than we were his customers several times including new purchases,investment prosperity's and refinances.   We recently refinanced two mortgages at the same time through Guild Mortgage and had a great experience. The online, electronic application was quick and convenient, and our loan officer did a super job of answering our questions, providing timely information, and keeping on top of both loans. Guild's website was easy to track down loan specifics that I need for my tax returns. I would recommend Guild Mortgage and this loan broker to my friends.
