  As a first time home buyer I didn't know what to expect. Paul was thorough when he laid out my options, answered my questions and was patient when I didn't understand the ins and outs. At each step, I knew I was in good hands and trusted the Evergreen team had my best interests (budget) in mind. The process was much easier and to my surprise a lot less stress. It was a great experience and I highly recommend working with Paul for any home loan needs. I've reached out several times after the papers were signed and keys were in hand, and know I will work with Evergreen in the future.

  Paul and his team have been an incredible support throughout our home purchasing process, and offered a high level of responsiveness and expertise and care during the season that we worked with them. I originally contacted Paul to work on a re-fi for our first home, and to explore how that process would work if we decided to split our double lot in Seattle and sell a portion of it to a builder. He helped me navigate countless questions related to the impact on our re-finance options with each scenario, and even set up a special meeting with a very skilled realtor he works with to explore whether the option of splitting the lot vs keeping it all together would be best for us in the long term (our ultimate goal was to sell everything within a few years - whether we kept the lot together or split it - and move into a home that fit our family better). When the time came for us to finally sell that first home, Paul continued to be a steady and responsive and knowledgeable resource as we moved through our next home purchase. It was a seamless experience! I would immediately recommend Paul to anyone who has needs in the mortgage lending realm. He is truly one of the very best you could choose to work with!   Paul Scobee and his team are the greatest mortgage lenders you can work with. Buying a home is a major process that can be very stressful. However, they are there for you whenever you need them. After we bought our first home with Paul, he moved agencies. We followed him because it was he we worked so well with, not the company. During the first home buying process, het met with us at a coffee shop to go line by line what everything meant. Whenever we forgot anything, he was absolutely understandable and explained things twice over without hesitation. We sold and are buying our second home. Even though they are based in Western Washington and we moved to Spokane, we wanted to work with them. Paul and Cindy Scobee are on top of it and it does not matter that we are hours away. When we placed the offer, we ended up winning the bid because Paul made an approval letter that same day on a Saturday. We sure made them work hard too as we were changing our minds back and forth throughout the entire year. First, we were going to rent our Seattle home, then we decided to sell it. When we decided to sell it, we were asking for less but because we found a home before closing our Seattle home, we needed to ask for more. The amount of times we changed our minds was too much for me, but I never felt them annoyed with our indecisive selves. It’s as if they’ve done this a time or two. When we finally decided on a number to request, he reviewed lots of options for us to help save us money in the long run. The biggest recommendation I can tell you is that even our realtor in Spokane commented on how great it was to work with them. She said, “I have some mortgage lenders I like to work with, but these are probably the best. I will definitely recommend them even though they are across the state.”

  Paul (and his wife, Cindy!) were absolutely wonderful to work with. As a first-time home buyer, finding a mortgage broker that could help answer a lot of questions and guide me through the process without taking advantage of me was a big priority of mine. Paul and Cindy came highly recommended to me, and I couldn't be happier with their service. In the months leading up to my home purchase, they were informed, helpful, transparent, and honest about everything; not only did they not try to upsell me on anything but they actually offered some financial advice that, because I took to heart, actually cost them a little money they could have made from me. During the home buying process, they were always available by phone and email, incredibly prompt to reply, and thorough in their responses. I couldn't ask a question that was too wonky or nuanced or weird or nitpicky, they answered everything with grace and followed up with additional materials if I requested it or if they thought it would be helpful. In the months that have followed since I purchased my first home, they have continued to remain available to answer lingering or new questions that have cropped up and they have intentionally checked in with me to make sure things are still going well. If you're looking for an attentive, informed, available, honest, and downright kind couple of people to work with on your mortgage, you can't do better than Paul and his team.

  Paul and Cindy were wonderful can't say enough good things. So we were pre-approved through lending something(you know) after putting an offer in on a house our realtor informed us the seller felt uneasy about that linder something about it taking very long to close dragging thing's out. Arg now what right my mom had used Evergreen mortgage before and had suggested I give them a call and I did with out skipping a Beat we were able to stick to our timeline and close very quickly with NO PROBLEMS! GREAT JOB! Paul Cindy and everyone on your team thanks you rock.

  Paul and Cindy Scobee rock! You won't find a more professional team to work with. I have gone through the home buying process twice now, and they took alot of the stress out both times. I would recommend them to everyone! You can't go wrong!
