  I highly recommend using Kerwin as your lender! He helped us get approved quickly in order to make an offer on a home. Having a local lender in this market really helped secure that offer. During the closing process, he kept us and our realtor informed every step of the way. He also answered any and all questions that we had in a timely manner. We felt well taken care of during the entire process. Closing was very smooth and we even closed earlier than anticipated! If you are looking for a lender, you should give Kerwin a call.

  Kerwin was amazing. Very knowledgeable and easily shared his knowledge with you every step of the way. He was helpful in the process of me building my credit to get my loan in the first place, then when I got it I was looking to move fast. He (and his wonderful team) was always available with an loan award letter with the offer amount when I wanted to put in a new offer within a couple hours of contacting him if not right away , along with monthly breakdowns for my offer and list price (and whatever I asked for inbetween) so I was fully prepared for negotiation and knew what I was getting into at each price point. I got My loan in middle of February and was moved into my new amazing home before the end of April. Very happy with my choice of home and loan originator, cannot speak highly enough of either.
