  Melanie Olmstead is wonderful to work with at Westmark! We live 3 hours from the Ten Mile branch. We wanted to refinance our truck and have heard really great things from many people about how professional and helpful they are. I called to get more information and was pleased that I got to talk with Melanie. She asked some questions and didn't keep me on the phone for an extensive time. We then exchanged emails to finish the loan process. When we arrived to sign on the loan Melanie met us like she knew us forever and we left smiling! I would recommend Melanie at the Ten Mile branch in Meridian!!

  After meeting Jeremy Dowland and the staff at this branch, I realized just how nice it is to have a connection with a local bank. This branch has gone above and beyond what they had to do in order to help me. I just wish I had found them sooner. The staff are all extremely professional and patient. I'm beyond impressed! Five stars. Absolutely!

  Went in to get cash with my bankcard and was told they couldn't help me because I was not a member but I could use the ATM drive up. So I used the ATM drive up, got my cash and was charged a $3 fee. Then I went back inside to ask them to break one of the $20's for me into five dollar bills. They told me they could only do that if I was a member and suggested I go to Walmart to get change. REALLY?? I just paid $3 to use your ATM. The money came from YOUR machine and you couldn't be nice enough to break one twenty? Very poor customer service. No wonder your lobby was empty.

Most, if not all, financial institutions have policies in place that limit their ability to help non-members or non-customers with transactions for safety and security reasons. We are unable to make or exchange money without an account so that we have historical transaction reports for every interaction. We can empathize how frustrating these processes can be at times and we are sorry you felt that frustration with us. Westmark prides itself on exceptional customer service, products and support.   Westmark Credit Union has always done a phenomenal job at putting their customers first. It’s always a pleasure and joy to visit them. I recently worked with Mackenzie on getting my vehicle refinanced and situated with opening up an account. She was very helpful every step of the way which made the transition very easy! The branch manager, Melanie is an outstanding woman that takes pride in putting customers first. There’s so much positive things I could say about this outstanding staff!

  Westmark Credit Union on Ten Mile. A Great welcoming when we walked thru the doors. Amazing atmosphere around, and very clean environment! Mackenzie Nash help me set up for a auto loan. And she is Amazing! This is my first car, and she explained everything to me very well, hassle free experienced this entire task. Very acknowledge! She schedule us in sooner then I expected! She found 3 great rates for me that I choose from. That I will be comfortable within the payments. And was able to secure financing within only an hour and a half! Mackenzie made us feel comfortable thru the whole experience! If you need an Auto Loan I highly recommend Mackenzie!! Amber Wood

  Couldn't have asked for better service, and the offerings are competitive with any other financial institution. I can't believe I hadn't heard of this fine establishment before! I recently purchased a car and Westmark Credit Union was the institution which provided Phillips Auto and I the best deal on financing. I came in to setup my account and make arrangements for my upcoming monthly payments after that. Sara was at the counter that day and was wonderful to work with. I then spoke with Margaret, who helped me to open up a checking account, and setup that account to automatically pay my auto loan each month. Later when I called in and asked some additional questions I got to speak with Sara again. She was once again cheerful and helpful. She even called me back the next day to confirm the transaction I scheduled went through, which was going above and beyond in my book! A real pleasure to work with the staff at this branch; competent, friendly, local people.

  I contacted Westmark Credit Union on Ten Mile Road to inquire about an auto loan. I worked with loan officer, Mackenzie Nash. What a wonderful and hassle free experience this entire process was! She was able to obtain a great rate, fantastic terms, and was able to secure financing within a few hours. I highly recommend her and this branch!
