Solo5Horizon Credit Union is a five star credit union! I have banked with bigger banks and never got the kind of service that I have from Horizon Credit Union. I found out about them through getting a car loan and they were so good that I moved my money over to their financial institution. When it came to refinancing my house my lender would not do it unless it was above a certain amount. I did not know if Horizon did home loans but figured I would give it a shot. I didn’t get any run arounds like you do with the big lenders and they have a five star team that is more than happy to work with you. They got me the loan I needed at a great interest rate… They have a customer for life with me! Thank you Horizon Credit Union for helping me set up for my retirement! Allen Nihart5So I know that the lady I'm referring to used to be loan officer. She became a bigger boss and I thought she left me behind. So I'm throwing a special shout out to Bernadette. If it wasn't for her I would have cashed everything out and switch Banks already. This lady has had my back since day one since I met her , has always gave me good advice !!I will stay as long as she is there thank you Bernadette for everything!

Colin Bonner1ICON Credit union was awesome! I had been with them for years! Horizon credit union took over. They are absolutely without a doubt the worst financial institution I've EVER dealt with. The worst customer service I've EVER experienced with ANY company ever! The wait on the phone for help is FOREVER! I used to be able to talk to a human within just a few minutes at most. Now, the message tells you you're like #40 in line. Unacceptable! Don't put your money here!

Rob Draper2Going into the bank they are easy to work with but since I live an hour away from the nearest branch I can’t do that very often. Terrible hours on Saturday doesn’t give you much chance to get in and talk with people. Also impossible to reach anyone on the phone.
