Donna Dougherty3Took my disabled Mom to her appointment which they said she didn't have but I was with her when she made it so we couldn't get 1/3 the stuff done that we intended. We were told we couldn't get a safety deposit box because the service was down. What does that even mean? We waited for well over am hour just to get checks ordered.

Shonda Breier1This bank has the worst customer service, today I went in there to make a few deposits. The male teller waved me over did not say Hi or greet me what so ever then in the middle of my deposits walked away without even saying a word to help another teller came back finished my deposits and didn't say a word that I was finished just turned his back and I left. Also not having a drive thru is a Big inconvenience.

Ty Mann5We had a wonderful experience at Wells Fargo and meeting with Ms. Shelly Buchanan for our mortgage preapproval. She took the time to answer all of our questions and during the entire application progress took the time out to ask us if we had any questions. At no time did we feel rushed, pressured, and anything we didn’t understand she took the time to explain. But honestly the nicest thing about our entire experience with her was the fact that she treated us like family, not a customer! Shelly took the time to address all our needs and let us know that if we needed her she, or one of her associates would be there for us. She is one of the many reasons why we have been a Wells Fargo family bank for decades and will continue to utilize Wells Fargo for all our financial needs.

Jane Doe1Trying to pay off my mortgage, you have to do that with a bank associate. We have been trying for 2 days now and its is impossible to get those kiddies to serve the customers, pay attention, its like a romper room of unsupervised ADHD children. Every day, I pay more interest and they just can not perform the simplest of tasks. Then you call the branch and NO ONE answers the phones. Seriously, no one picks up, you just get a voice mail. They need a competent manager to corral the little children employees.

Tyler Keyes116 years with this bank and I am over it. Went in today to get my WILL notarized.. simple task.. I was told that because of the fact the bank cant validate that i was sober or not crazy they couldnt notarize my documents... my 6 accounts will be leaving wells fargo asap!!!!

Oscar Reyes1Client for over 8 years, this location always, ALWAYS... Finds a way not to process or make it difficult to help with my transactions. Even after talking to 3 different personal including the manager, who agree to help my transaction was denied! #wellsfargo #poorservice
