  Jessie Todd helped with a couple of loans for myself and my son. Jessie was very knowledgeable, professional, and friendly. We had her change various things throughout the process and she completed them without hesitation. It was a total pleasure to work with her and my next loan she’ll be the first one I contact!

  We changed from another local credit union a couple of years ago to Westmark and am so glad we did. Westmark is always so helpful when we have questions and their attitude is always positive. I've worked with Jett Dominguez frequently while selling a vehicle to a buyer outside of our area and she went above and beyond in making sure the buyer (and the buyers bank) and I had all the documentation necessary to ensure a smooth sale. She also was so helpful and patient when I initiated a loan for a vehicle...and then changed my mind multiple times. It's also convenient to have branch offices on the west side and east side of Idaho Falls as well as the surrounding areas. Their phone app is also easy to use and so handy to have when checking balances and transferring money to other accounts. Great job Westmark!

  Westmark Credit Union has been one of the easiest financial institutions that I have ever worked with. Jett Dominguez at the Channing Way branch is always willing to answer any questions I have and to help me understand my options. She is also great at helping me get my accounts set up.   When we bought our cars we financed through Westmark. My son, who is 16, was purchasing a car and we went in and met with Jett Dominguez to discuss his options. We explained that we wanted to build his credit. Jett listened to our wants and needs and explained everything to us. She was so good to work with and even engaged our son through the process. When I went in to make a payment everyone was so friendly and helpful. The treated us so nice. We are actually moving our main checking account to bank with Westmark because of our positive experience we have had at this branch. I would recommend this branch to anyone and if you need assistance with loans, Jett is great to work with!!!

  I've been a member for many years. Westmark has always been a great Credit Union for me. Lately I have had the privilege to do business with Jett Dominguez. She was very helpful and friendly. I highly recommend her.

  I would really love to be a fan. I really would. I know people who work at Westmark CU, whom I very much like and respect; and I like to support locally-owned businesses. But this latest debacle confirms the previous poor opinion I had of Westmark. Bottom line is that I am out of patience and time. I have spent literally hours on the phone trying to get an answer to a straightforward question: how is a payment to a car loan applied when there is a late fee involved? Without exception, I get a different answer depending on who I talk to (teller, supervisor, branch manager, person in the legal department) and so far, all answers are devoid of logic and the math doesn't work. It appears personnel training is poor, and there is lack of consistency in applying policy. It is maddening to continually get different answers. The upshot of all this is that the customer gets blamed for "not understanding" and no reasonable/rational answers are forthcoming. As an aside, I waited a week to get information that was promised to be sent via email and snail mail. As it turns out, the information (sensitive in nature) was sent to the wrong email address (huge security concern) after that email address was twice confirmed, and NOT mailed via snail mail as promised. Was there an apology? NOPE. Based on these experiences, I cannot recommend Westmark CU.

  Westmark is FANTASTIC. From their awesome staff to their super user friendly mobile app, easy loan processes, etc. They make our borrowing experience seamless every single time and we feel that they have good processes in place for protecting us and keeping our money/accounts safe!! Thank you to the team at Westmark on Channing, our home branch, and all of the other branches that are helpful when we need them as well.

  Westmark is the best! From there amazing customer service, to the friendly mobile app, they make banking super easy. If you ever need a load go to Pegi, she is super friendly and very intelligent with her work. I will for sure be going back to her in the future.

  I recently got a home loan through Westmark CU. We didn't use a agent, so I had to do some of the paper running myself. Stephanie & Sky in the loan office were super helpful in communicating with the Title Company & the Seller. She provided me with various loan options & followed everything through to the end! Best part, they don't sell your loan. I like that ongoing relationship. After setting up a checking account at the Branch on my side of town, were all set! Definitely recommend!

  I love conducting business with the Westmark on Channing Way and I've been a customer for many years. Never ant complaints and they've always been very helpful. Tim was always super helpful. I hope he enjoys his retirement.
