  We had an amazing experience working with Tamara (Tami). She was extremely on the ball and just as aggressive as we needed her to be to secure our home for us as well as selling our current house. Every step of the way she was a step ahead and on top of everything. She was incredibly knowledgeable of the entire process and was able to walk us through and communicate each step in an easy to understand way. I would highly recommend her to anyone looking to buy or sell in this crazy market.

  Tami Metcalf is absolutely amazing. My sister and I had the very stressful task of selling our mom's house, after she passed away. Tami was very patient with us ! She was so positive, and supported us thru every step. She was always available for questions, and believe me, we had a LOT, and was very diligent about following thru. The house has now sold, and we are so grateful for everything she did for us. She is such a pleasure to work with, I highly recommend her !!!

  Byron and Tammi were great to work with. They got our home listed and sold quickly and had our best interests in mind throughout the decision making process. We ended up getting more money than we thought we could get for our home. We've worked with different realtors on the past but these guys were top notch. They were very professional and made us their number one priority. I would highly recommend them to anyone looking to buy or sell a house.

  We used The Vision Team (Tami Metcalf & Byron Price) to sell our home in Idaho this fall and they were outstanding. Before choosing a real estate agent, I conducted a lot of research to see who would be the best choice based on the investment they make into selling the property (time and effort, not necessarily financially) and how they promote their listings. The Vision Team stood out as the best Idaho has to offer: their organic rankings are excellent (meaning people find listings on their site easily), their social media presence was strong, and I could tell they put a lot of work into their listings. We spoke with Tami and then met with her at our home. She spent hours answering our questions, providing objective data regarding how many homes they sell, how long their listings typically stay on the market, and providing tons of info on comps in the area. She made the process incredibly easy and took extra steps many other Realtors don't (but should), like having a pro cameras for photos and gave us staging tips, having professional aerial photographs taken, and a lot more. When we saw our listing we were blown away. Tami and Byron's hard work and knowledge of what it takes to sell a home really paid off - our listing looked amazing and knocked out the competition. We had an offer right away. Our house went under contract in a few days after we put it on the market. We accepted and Tami (and Byron, who was also incredibly friendly and helpful) walked us through every step of the closing process. It couldn't have been a more pleasant experience. I've recommended The Vision Team to everyone I know. They are true professionals and a genuinely nice, friendly people. Thank you Tami and Byron for finding our dream house and assisting our sell of our home.

  Selling a home is very stressful to say the least. So glad that we chose Assist 2 Sell (Tami Metcalf & Byron Price)! Tami and Byron were so professional and responsive and a pleasure to work with. They helped us keep the stress to a minimum. Byron’s video of our home was very professional and really showed showed our home beautifully. They were both very easy to work with.   Byron and Tami are both absolutely awesome! They are both so friendly and personable and easy to work with. They are always on top of everything and keep you updated and very easy to communicate with. Buying or selling can be stressful at times but they are professional and keep things fun. I would definitely recommend them to everyone and absolutely use them for future business!!
