  Lookout Credit Union on Sunnyside is the very best! We have had such great experiences since being members since they were Scenic Falls. Special thanks to Taylor West for helping us out also! He made everything so easy and smooth when we worked with him to buy our car!

  There are a lot of banking options out there and it’s ultimately the employees that determine whether or not your customer experience will be exceptional. As such, I highly recommend Andy Butler. After over two decades of both personal and business banking she is by far the best I’ve seen in the business! She makes Lookout Credit Union my bank of choice.👍

  We have always had such wonderful experiences with the Lookout Credit Union on Sunnyside in Idaho Falls. They are polite, prompt, and go out of their way to make sure that we are taken care of.   I visited this branch when I was traveling through Idaho Falls (I use a different branch for my main branch), and I'm pleasantly surprised by the place's welcoming environment. I was helped immediately after entering the building and was treated with nothing but respect and kindness. My teller was very good at developing rapport and made the conversation entertaining. Short of being hand fed grapes while there, I left feeling sad that my normal branch isn't usually this positive of an experience.

  Landry did a refinance for my husband and I. I was immediately helped and he met all of our requests for the loan. He kept us updated the whole way through, and we got eveything funded within less than a day! I am extremely happy with the service that we got. I felt important and listened to which is not easy to find now a days. Thank you Landry!

  I have had several great experiences with Lookout! Both in Pocatello and Idaho Falls. Always friendly and fast service! The Sunnyside branch is full of wonderful folks who care about their customers! They clearly have great management at the Sunnyside branch!!! Keep up the amazing job!
