Chase Bank Reviews

Jessica Rodriguez1Every Friday I go to the ATM and One function isn’t working either you can’t deposit a check or you can’t get money or you can’t deposit money every freaking week. Why only on Fridays for the last three weeks is there always one thing not working on your ATM? This is payday for people and this is the only Chase Bank within miles. Yet we can’t use the one ATM because One function is always not working! This week I went and the ATM couldn’t distribute money. I’m done! I see everyone uses credit unions around here!

Hollis Henry1Just awful. All one has to do is read Google reviews to see how poorly customers are treated at this branch. Every time I talked to them they said something different about their policy(s). A different story every time is a little much. When I got frustrated with their ineptitude, rather than aplogize they blamed me, which apparently is their pattern. How the branch manager got the job she has is utterly bizarre. She doesn't even have customer service 101 skills, and she teaches her subordinates to be rude and arrogant. Go anywhere else, but avoid Chase Bank-- especially the Ammon branch.

Austin Carter5I was in a bind trying to get a cashier’s check combining money from a few accounts. Initially this was rather challenging, but the staff at this location were very accommodating and we came up with a solution. Very glad to have their help!

Simple Meets Adventure2I have banked here for years and just closed out my accounts. There was no effort to save me as a customer or give me options to stay. Thanks for making it easy to leave but I would expect a different experience from my bank that should be all about the relationship.

Alex Henry1Worst experience ever in my life. Shelby only talks to you like you’re an infant and only likes to put blame on you when she gives 4 different stories every time I unfortunately have to go in. How did the employees get hired here? Never bank with them, no excuses! I wouldn’t go in even if there was a collect 20 for every time you go in. Would leave a negative star if I could.

Burke Adams1Horrible. They never answer the phone, and I do mean never, having tried multiple days to schedule opening a business account. I'm new in town, so figured if you couldn't schedule by phone they must be taking walk ins. So I finally drove in to do it, when I asked about the phone the teller said "I don't know what number is listed online" and informed me I'd be scheduled for another day. So you have to drive in to schedule an appointment so that you can drive back to have it. Chase as a bank is good, this branch is just terrible, but as it's the only one in town, I have to pick another bank to do business with. Changing business banks is an enormous pain, but I'm planning on closing my existing business account with Chase and going to a place that can answer calls and show a little courtesy when I need to visit my branch in person.

William Mulrooney1You can never get a hold of anybody! They don't offer any good loans, they definitely don't act like they want your money, unless you're a big business. And the fees on accounts are ridiculous! Even when you have direct deposit and plenty of money. Recently had a scam purchase on the account and still no help from them. Go to East Idaho credit union😎

Monika5I am the first to admit I don't care for Chase Bank (in general) and I swear I have a chip on my shoulder whenever I walk in. I don't like that about myself or the experience. I always hope I never meet anybody who works there on the outside because I can feel tenseness. I'm sure coming to this particular location during the pandemic didn't help. But today... I met Kristy! She is sooooo naturally sweet and happy. I left there smiling. 🤗 I felt like if I left feeling happy DESPITE my attitude.... that deserved a 5 star review. Thank you, Kristy, for being such a welcoming, efficient, light hearted person!
