  I've had a great experience at this branch, as well as the Castle Rock branch. The manager has been very helpful over the past 3 years in pointing me the right direction with my loan needs. I'm happy with the online interface for westerra as well. They make it easy to do internal or external transfers.

  I have been a member with Westerra for a few years now and I have never had a single issue with them. I have had a number of loans, credit cards, a line of credit, multiple checking accounts and it has all worked seamlessly. I hardly step foot in a branch anymore, as their online banking and the coop network makes it easy to access my accounts from anywhere, and at any time. The team there has always been great to work with when i have had to go in. You guys are awesome.

  The worst Credit Union we ever worked with. If you have a high credit score and high income then just don't waste your time and go to another place... My spouse has an excellent credit score and a highly payed full time job, but she was told that she has to have a co-signer since she did not take a car loans in the past. The car she wanted to buy is just the basic used Toyota. Seriously ? Good luck Westerra...

  Do not go to Brenda the teller. Simple tasks are hard for her. been going here every two weeks for the past two years. I transfer money from an account affiliated with them to an account with them. Every time I go in and speak with Brenda there's always an issue. I have to correct her or she had another teller help her. I will be closing all my accounts with them next visit. Tired of the delays and issues.

  Each time I go to do a deposit I automatically is greeted by more than one teller often I feel bad that I chose one over the other. Great customer service. I feel welcome and they are quite helpful.
