  Incredible service, competitive rates. We have over 20 years experience with this bank and as they've gotten bigger we have not become a number. The staff is very customer-oriented, knows you by name and are very financially astute. Always helping us on loans or whatever. You won't need another bank.

  What a wonderful institution. They really and truly care about their customers! I never thought I would "love" a bank, but I love these guys. BOK Financial is a GEM in the banking industry and I will continue to trust their staff and services for both business and consumer needs.

  Love this bank! I don't usually post reviews but I continue to be impressed with the level of personal customer service with this company. If you have been frustrated with other banking institutions walk in and talk to these guys. Many thanks to Mike and the crew at Bok Financial, you are greatly appreciated!

  2020-01, Saturday morning. We went here for a withdrawal and notary. Lots of parking in front of the facilty. Mask is required. Facility was clean. 2 tellers were behind a plastic dividers, another associate was on the his desk with a plastic divider as well. Staff were pleasant and professional. Made us feel welcomed and thankful for us visiting their facility. Would come back again if needed.

  I have been banking with CSBT (and United before it was CSBT) since 1996. This is a great place to do business. They really take care of their customers and everyone knows you by name. I have never had any issues whatsoever. The BEST.

  Bank is a joke. Can't admit mistakes. Manager is rude and will tell you their mistake is yours. Can't put money in the right account and just 1 issue after another. Really sad.. wanted a local bank but they are even worse than the big banks. They sre owned by bank of oklahoma so not exactly local anyways. Look elsewhere for you banking needs especially business banking. Cost me a lot of time and money due to their mishaps. They won't even say sorry when their mistakes are clear.
