  The worst bank in WNY!! I’ve banked there for 10 years and the start advertising their auto loan sale. I have 5 years left on my current one and if I can go through them and make a cheaper payment then why not? Instead of calling me, they send me a letter as if I’m someone off the street not connected with their bank and decine me!! I have good credit! My paycheck and CA disability are both direct deposit there!! Screw them!! I’m taking my business elsewhere!! Not to mention they still owe me 25 dollars when I overpaid on the credit card there!! Where’s my money you owe me?!?

  The credit union decided to change from one separate ATM card to another, and the one I have stopped working. Needed to take out money for a truck payment. Declined twice because they shut off the card. Do not currently have the new card in hand. Tried calling, no one answered. Absolutely fed up with this place.

  This is best and helpful bank/ credit union I ever had. I had fraud against me. I was so upset. They got this matter under control. I was so happy. They all so kind!

  I have been with this credit union for years and have been nothing but satisfied with all the services offered. The tellers and officers have always been professional, pleasant and have addressed my questions or needs in a timely manner. I can't imagine how or why anyone would give this group of people a less than satisfactory rating. Don't hesitate to join this credit union, you won't regret the decision to bank here.

  Marie is one of the rudest people I’ve ever encountered. The way she would speak to me was so unprofessional. I don’t care if people are behind on their payments or what the situation is… you should never be allowed to speak to someone the way she spoke to me on several occasions… including voicemails that I have saved.

  You have to be a member to get a notary, so don’t bother wasting your time here. I wish I would’ve called ahead or had a comment to read, but hopefully someone will benefit.

  i don’t know why a the negative reviews. I’ve been banking with WNYFCU for years and never had an issue with any of the staff there, especially Mary Jo who’s been very kind and helpful to me over and over. The customer service has been great to me, from banking, to my vehicle loan. I’ve seen great improvement over the years with online banking with them and I know there’s more to come with Apple Pay! I’m pretty certain if the people on here had customer service issues, the branch manager would gladly speak to them and address any matters of concern, because customer relationships are very important for any banking facility. I absolutely recommend this credit union to my friends and family all the time.

  This bank is the best. They consolidated my debt and refinanced my vehicle saving me hundreds a month. Somehow also my check clears faster here than any other bank. If there is a problem with any of my accounts/deposits/payments they call me immediately.

  I have been a customer with them for over 15 years, have had multiple loans with them and my wife and I both have savings accounts with them and we have never had one bit of problems with them. They have always been friendly and courteous, especially Mary Jo. I definitely take WNY-FCU over a regular bank any day.
