  I HIGHLY Recommend Nickel City Funding and specifically Mike Miller, for any new mortgage loan or refinance! I had a NIGHTMARE experience at 1stPriority Mortgage in Hamburg for 3 months. They said I was preapproved for a loan, so I literally moved into the townhouse I wanted to purchase. After 3 months of them asking for proof of this/ that then getting no response for 3 weeks at a time, I was finally told by the office manager “ sorry we can’t get you a loan.” That was after I met every single requirement they said I needed. I can’t believe it is even legal for a bank to string you along for that length of time. Obviously, I was very upset, so a friend of mine recommended Nickel City and Thank God I made the call. Mike had a mortgage commitment from a bank within 2 days. They asked for the usual proof of job, income, etc and I closed on it within a month at a fantastic APR. To my surprise I was not charged for their services since the lender paid for it! I am now a HAPPY home owner in WNY and if I had not made the call to Nickel City I am certain I would have given up on the process. They are the BEST mortgage brokers in WNY that is for certain. Mike also thoroughly communicated to me daily, when I had questions and was very patient and kind!! Ask for Mike Miller when calling in!!!

  Chris and his team (Gamila!!) are extremely helpful and knowledgeable! I have used Nickel City Funding over and over for the past 21 years. I recommend them to all of my family and friends. New mortgages. Refi. Investment properties…they handle it all!

  Chris, Gamila, Kim and the entire staff were all so incredibly kind and helpful throughout the entire process of home buying for us!   Chris and Tim are top notch, so easy to work with and very responsive. Being self employed can sometimes be very difficult when it comes to financing and they were able to get us a significantly lower rate. They were right on top of things from start to finish and made the entire process simple. We have worked with other lenders in the past and no one compares to Chris and his team! We cannot thank them enough!

  I researched many mortgage lenders and brokers before deciding upon Nickel City for our VA IRRRL refinance. They offered not only the best rate (2.25% for 30yrs) but also lender credits that no other broker was able to provide or match. Chris was professional and responsive to my many questions. Except for a slight hiccup in the beginning with misspelling of names; which was swiftly corrected, the process was very smooth. Tim was our advisor after Chris and was also very responsive, often replying after hours, which we greatly appreciated. He also kept us up to date on the progress of the loan and we were able to close in a reasonable amount of time (7 weeks). I would recommend Nickel City Funding for your mortgage needs. If we ever need to refinance again we would not hesitate to contact Chris and Tim again.

  Brian and the crew at Nickle city were great. We were with another broker who was on three months with no action. We contacted Nicole City and we were able to drop our term and get the greatest rate and closed in just about a month. Amazing work we would definitely recommend and use again
