Beth Oliver1Unfortunately, I avoid this bank at all costs! I decided to give banking here another try a few days ago. I just needed to cash a check. The line was 6 people deep with only one serving regular banking customers. The other was intensely involved with a business customer for as long as I was there. I stood in line for 6 minutes and watched a customer come in looking for personal service. She waited at least 2 minutes and not one person acknowledged her. She finally took it upon herself to sit in one of the chairs and wait. Meanwhile the line kept getting longer behind me with more cars pulling into the lot. I didn't see any acknowledgement of this situation so I simply left and went to Northwest my usual bank and and had cash in hand in 2 minutes.

William Kelleher1Nobody ever seems to be able to answer a question here. No wonder why people use online banking. The line hasn’t moved in 20 minutes because the tellers are talking to the customers about other things besides their transactions. I cannot stand going to this bank. Especially on a Saturday. The line is currently out the door. Now I’m enjoying listening to customers talk on their cell phones on speaker.

Sue Gerken1Horrible customer service. No one ever answers the phone at the branch. Even the 1-800 line is not helpful and disconnects alot. Trying to get some answers on a deposit that was suppose to be credited within 5 business days and it took over 7 business days. scheduled on line payments bounced with NSF fees that the bank would not reverse. Bank of America is not a good choice. Looking for a new bank.

Clare5Called at 9am and talked to a very nice woman asking about a Notary. They have one at this location (none at Southpark BOA) This bank is super clean and sanitized! The lady greeting me was super friendly and checked us in. Waited 5 minutes and got our paperwork notarized by Rosemary! Would recommend this location to anyone!

Yescenia Ramos4Nobody picks up the phone and if you remain on the line it will simply just hang up without just having you wait for a representative to pick up so you just have to keep hitting 1 and 4 over and over again . Other than the phone issue the company is great I just wish the would fix that issue and have a representative online

Jen Karaoke1Long lines, only one teller, condescending towards customers saying “blame NYS and their labor laws that we have to take a lunch break”. Most businesses stagger lunch breaks of employees to accommodate customers. 15 people in line, here for 45 min. Ill be finding a different place to bank that dont have attitudes.

Jay Nawldoe1All three tellers and the front desk are so stuck up!! Meagan was so rude to me cashing a check the one day. Nick was very stuck up to me today while trying to make a deposit. The head staff is always respectful at this location so I choose to stay banking with them and all the other location seem to have consistent customer service so that another reason why I stay with Bank of America! But please meagan and nick after reading this don’t be rude to us customers anymore if I’m not the only one you are like this with.

I. P.5***Update—Sorry for the delay of my update-I was contacted within a few days by Linda Schmidt wonderful and genuine person, she is the regional VP of Buffalo, NY. Linda assured me that my fiancée can be added to my account without her SSN. She assigned me a personal advisor Andrew Kelley to oversee the whole process. Andrew was just amazing through the whole process not only did he added my fiancée right from the start we went into other details, which we spoke about when he called ahead of time to see if I had other concerns before we meet up, which I did. I wanted to know about Roth IRA, Traditional IRA, 401k, Stock, CD, Bonds, and Commodities. I have set in many work training classes, watch videos and listened to others about these topics and still did not understand. I met Andrew and now I fully understand he is like a walking encyclopedia but he breaks it down to your level not trying to talk over your head, very friendly and makes your feels comfortably and easy to talk to. Andrew is honest and has integrity he did not try to sell me anything, and I appreciate his transparency. Andrew should have his own youtube channel teaching. I also met with Katie the bank manager and she wanted to assure me that this was would not happen to me again and she appreciate having me there as well. I have been with BOA over 2 decades. I made a call today to the 4099 Seneca St, West Seneca, NY 14224 branch 2/4/2020 @ 2:34pm to get my Canada fiance added as my beneficiary. I was told that I needed her SSN, which I told the lady on the phone that I added my fiance on my 401k, life insurance and another bank account without needing her SSN. I told her this does not sound right and if this can not be done I would close my account without skipping a beat the lady said will close your account then. VERY piss poor service. That is why I don't like going into branches I like doing everything online I hope this call was recorded and she gets spoken to! Because I called the 1-800# and was told different from Ashley and there is a work around and Ashley is send me all the forms to fill out. I will give Ashley 5 Stars on the survey! +

They never answer the phone here which is absurd. Very bad business practice. I will be finding a new location to go to from here on out. I'm over the attitudes and nasty looks from the emlloyees
