  I had a very positive interaction with mariner finance. My loan was handled and disbursed in one day. I was greeted by Lisa Mitchell who handled my loan with absolute professionalism. When I left there I was totally satisfied with my experience with mariner financial and would recommend them to friends or family.

  I called to make a payment on an existing loan. I was told by Tom Bacigalupi there was an offer for a guaranteed loan if I wish to take advantage of it. He talked me through the entire process, I got him what he needed, and I had my funds the day I went in to sign. No hassle, very professional, a very pleasant experience!!

  Theses are the most amazing people. they treat you like family. They are helpful no even if you call in about the smallest of issues. What I personally Love about the Mariner Finance Family is that they never let you take on more than you can handle. Side note: they are as happy in office as they are on the phone.

  Tom B. From the West Seneca branch was absolutely amazing!!!!!!!!! He was so sweet and so helpful. He really went all out to help me get approved. I highly recommend Mariner Finance and very highly recommend Tom B. Thank you again for EVERYTHING!!!!!!!!!!!! ❤️

  A great company if you need a little help here and there. Extremely attentive and courteous. Small office but a extremely professional feel. Amazed what they do with only a few people. Terms are pretty standard for this kind of thing and everything is straight forward.

  I needed a loan for some unexpected car repairs that weren’t covered under the warranty. On Friday, 4/10/2020 I called Mariner Finance, spoke to Nicole M & voila’ received my loan today, 04/14/2020, via direct deposit! This isn’t my first loan through Mariner & it probably won’t be my last! Fair rates, quick turnaround loan answer & very accommodating service! Highly recommend Mariner Finance!   Tom was the gentleman that took care of my loan. He was kind,caring and attentive ask for him he's great.. Im sure they all are the whole office greats you just an amazing group of people.

  poor service. I get attitude every time i get answered on the phone. There was a Nicole who was very rude when I didn’t have substantial credit to qualify. Sorry I am unemployed because of COVID it doesn’t mean Im not a person. Which they don’t care. my husband spoke to a dan and he was even more rude. I wouldn’t suggest this place to anyone. they are a scam. All you pay is interest anyway. My mother will be paying off her loan ASAP and will be giving the same review.
