  Western Mortgage Made our dreams come true.. I and my Husband were 2 weeks away from our closing date when we were referred by one of my husband's friend to Arne Kaplan . We were absolutely amazed by the way Arne handled everything, he was very professional and consistent in delivering all the information required for us to have a smooth mortgage journey and we sure did.   I had a terrible transaction with Western Mortgage, Arne Kaplan and Matthew Landry. This is by far the worst dealings I’ve ever had with a lender. Arne Kaplan completely dropped the ball and started working on the file the day before closing (he had it for over a month). Needless to say we didn’t close on time. Then Arne got attitude with everyone involved for asking when we could close. Arne then stopped taking calls, he wouldn’t return texts or emails. Since Arne wouldn’t respond, I went to his boss Matthew Landry. When I talked to Matthew I could barely get a word in edgewise and he was very aggravated that I even called him. He didn’t listen, and he talked over me. He spent more time explaining to me why they don’t have caller ID than trying to solve the problem. Matthew said he would talk to Arne and get back to me. When Matthew called back all he could say is we will close by the end of the week. Then he defended Arne by saying how busy he was. The customer service at this company is awful. Just awful. A complaint is also being filed with the State.

  Western Mortgage was an absolute Godsend. Matt Landry is the most down to earth expert in his field. He made the entire process seem effortless and moved very quickly. This company wants to help you achieve you dream and is willing to go above and beyond to do so. I was able to contact someone at almost anytime and get my questions answer. We also received updates throughout the entire process which made us feel like we were involved and not forgotten! 5 BIG STARS!

  I have purchased 2 homes using Sue Benedict with Western Mortgage. She is a absolute miracle worker and I recommend her to everyone I know! We closed on time on both properties and she took care of every detail. I don't know what I would have done without her dealing with the stress of making such a large purchase.
