  My family bought and sold a home. When we bought, we used Dan – he answered our questions, kept us updated, and we closed on time. Great experience. The family who tried to buy our previous home used a Big Bank and never closed. The Big Bank denied them after the contractual closing date and they lost their earnest money. I wish they had used MortgageDan, too!

He will always do what is right and fair for the client, the Mortgage Banker, and the company. He truly cares about other people and has both the desire and the knowledge needed to help others. That may mean helping a client get a loan approved, helping a Mortgage Banker to close more loans with less stress, or helping a Realtor to close more transactions.   Dan is a great person to work with for loans, and he is a heck of a good guy as well. Dan helped my mother get a loan so that she could move to a new house closer to her grandkids. I have also referred several of my clients with tax issues to him. Dan worked with my clients to enable them to access the equity in their homes to use to address their IRS issues. He is my go-to guy on mortgages. No one feels like a file number with Dan. He truly cares about helping. And if you want to talk baseball with someone - Dan is really your guy!
