  Everything I could have hoped for in mortgage financing, and more! Chris Kelso in his team went the extra mile to help us out of a very stressful situation. They were thorough, professional and accommodating to my unique work situation where other lenders refused to even answer my calls. They provided coaching on how to collect everything I needed to prove my reliability as a borrower, and now, thanks to them - my wife and I have our home! Chris was fast, communicative, cool and collected. But he was also very realistic and diligent at every step in vetting us and our situation. Ultimately, he set us up with a great mortgage product that wound up saving us HUNDREDS of dollars on a monthly payment over what I had seen on disclosures from another lender. Amazing experience working with Chris and his team. Highly recommend to everyone!

  We did not have a good experience with the Kelso group while trying to close on our house. We went back and forth with Chris and Melissa(Missy) about paperwork and getting it moving forward. There were many mistakes along the way that could have been avoided. Even the day of closing they had made a mistake on the paperwork that we caught, and this changed our deposit by more than $2500, and changed our payment amount by $300 a month. I will not recommend this company to any of our friends.

  The experience of starting the home buying journey earlier this year was beyond disappointing and disheartening until the Kelso Group powered by APM showed up in our lives. When a lender can reinfuse dignity back into a process that should never be sullied it speaks volumes about their character. I would and am recommending these consummate professionals to anyone in the market to purchase real estate. They are second to NONE!

  One of the many problems with this organization is John Frels radical political beliefs. Not a week goes by that he’s not bashing Republicans or Conservative ideology. Clients don’t want to hear about it when they walk in the door. Total lack of professionalism and boorish behavior at best. Pick another company besides this one that stays out of politics and does their job and serves the customer base right.

  Excellent experience and will absolutely use again! Great communication, very professional, and received the clear-to-close in less than two weeks after contract execution. Highly recommend.
