  Today I went to capital one at blalock branch. The teller Cindy was very helpful, polite and she provided excellent customer service. Cindy’s attitude was excellent even the service that I needed at that moment needed to be done by a representative but Cindy helped me with this and she answered all my questions. Definitely I will go back to that branch again and I will recommend it to my family and friends.

  I had a chance to go into a Capital One on Blalock in spring Branch today. I was going in for a loan however, I was not able to get the loan because they don't offer personal loans. I had saw that information online but I wanted to make sure. I went into the branch I talked to a Miss Alana who was the banker who decided to help me. She was very very helpful very very warm very intelligent and she gave me some suggestions. on what to do. Since they could not help me. I really loved her customer service. She was very very nice. if you have a chance and you need to go in for a auto loan or anything that they offer Capital One may be able to help you. I'm just putting the info out there to help.

  Great location in Spring Branch area! Place is kept clean with Friendly staff. Their service is fast and efficient! Keep up the great work Capital One in Blalock!

  I have been a Capital One customer for 12yrs. I have never had such incredible service as I have with the Blalock branch but more importantly the banker that assisted me, Jeann Pierre Flores. He is absolutely amazing and I recommend anyone who needs to open a new account or just handle your banking business to use Jeann Pierre. Thank you for all your assistance and I look forward to doing future business with you.

  Sydney Steib is the best! After trying for several weeks to open an account online with no luck, I decided to walk into the branch with little hope. Through many hurtles, Ms.Steib was finally able to open an account for me. I would not be a Capital One customer if it wasn't for Ms.Steib's hard work and skill. Thank you Capital One!

  This was the best banking experience I’ve ever had. I have been with Capital One for about a decade and had to take care of business today. Rida Bek took care of me and he was SO THOROUGH with following through with me, answered all my questions completely and thoroughly, and was even so nice and full of energy the whole time. I believe his partner for the day was Jasmine and she was also very helpful, quick, and nice. I will be coming to this location again and more often!

  This bank is absolutely amazing! Rida handled a situation for me that I thought was GOING TO BE IMPOSSIBLE, and while he was helping me with the issue, Jasmine held down the fort and saw so many customers in a short amount of time. I had felt so bad about my problem holding up so many people in line but she moved through everything so quickly! Rida even helped me ON HIS WEEK OFF. So thankful for this bank! 5 stars!

  Always friendly staff and everytime I have been there plenty of tellers and the line moves fast and normally line is not very long but moves quickly. Definitely enjoy banking there.
