  Life is hard as it is but since the end of 2019 until today when I paid off my vehicle through Western American they have always had my back. They went above what any other loan company has ever done for me and I’m grateful. I can’t express how amazing this group of agents are and how they have worked with me for a total of 4.5 years, but it is finally all said and done thanks to their compassion. If you’re with them and you’re having issues call them, keep in touch with them & don’t go silent.

  The ladies at the office are wonderful. Each time I call in they are so helpful and make me feel such a sigh of relief. I’ve had some financial difficulties lately because of my mental health and they have worked with me each time. I’m grateful this company took my loan out and that I have them. You guys are awesome!

  Moving my loan just as soon as I can. Would not do business with this company again. Received a lot of "I don't know" and "I'm not sure". I feel like these are things i should be able to come to the loan company for when I'm having questions about the loan and differences between what the website says and what the human on the phone says. There was no effort to look farther into the issue just wanted me off the phone.

  Hardest to do business with. Their hours are unfavorable. Communication is lacking. Every time I have spoken with someone, they do not follow through. Plus, they have false branding and advertising on their website. It clearly showcases American Express as a processing option, but they do not accept. Plus, I believe that is copyright infringement when they showcase an American Express card as an option to pay. Wonder why they haven’t been sued? Once I paid off my loan, they took forever to validate they received the funds and provided me false information, twice. First, they stated they would follow-up with me when payment was received, which never happened. And when I called to confirm receipt of the payment they informed me that I would receive my paid in full letter within two weeks, after the two weeks, I called & was then informed that they do not send the paid in full letter until after two weeks. This organization is a joke. I can’t wait to never deal with them again.

  This company is great! I got in a rut financially and they have always been very respectful and polite to me. When everything else was falling down around me they worked with me. I'm so very thankful! :) I will always recommend them.

  They have been extremely professional and very helpful if you miss a payment. Always a pleasure to deal with all the staff, never have had a problem. Would highly recommend.

  Great company. The staff is very friendly and understanding to situations. They will work with your everyday needs. Payments are low and affordable. Also they answer all and any questions you have.
