  Went in today to buy a computer with employee Jerry, he was very knowledgeable, very polite and willing to show me where everything was at in the store and suggest the best possible laptop for me. He is a great guy and highly recommend coming here if you are looking for some great quality merchandise and great customer service. Thanks for everything Jerry!

  These people are incredibly incompetent and unhelpful. Called several days ago about a generator and was told they had one for $215. I asked them to put it on hold (which they didn’t do), and drove 20 miles to pick it up. When I arrived they said the price was wrong, and that it was $400. Then another sales rep came up, and said the price was $585. They knew I’d driven quite a ways to get there and said they’d ask the manager to lower the price, considering their error. The manager then came out and said no, even though now I’d driven 40 miles round trip to pick up. Completely unprofessional and unhonorable.

  USA Pawn has been Awesome! I have been in there location on 32 Ave and Thomas three times the past 2 weeks and will be purchasing a laptop from them this weekend! The employees are great very friendly and always trying to help anyone who comes in!! Thanks!!

  USA pawn is very professional and has excellent customer service. The most impressive employee there was a guy that goes by the name of vince he was very knowledgeable and very polite. He got me a really nice ipod for very cheap. I am pleased with my purchase and will be back to spend more money!!!!!!!!
