  Unreliable people lost my job cuz they had to fix the car 1 week after i got it . i asked to loan me a car they said they cant . now that am late on the payment cuz i lost my job cuz i had no car to get there . they wanna take it after i told them that i couldn't make the payment on time cuz i started another job and it tkes 2 weeks to get paid . smh nothing but problems so far and i only got the car 3 months ago

  We are very sorry that you had a problem with our services. However, we purchased the gas pump and the floater that your mechanic said was needed. Your mechanic misdiagnosed the problem and it was not fixed correctly. You then asked for further help and you brought the vehicle here. We then purchased a control module and had our mechanic install it. Free of charge. We cannot loan vehicles nor are we obligated to do so. We made several attempts at contacting you directly to your cell phone and your references with no contact made until 6/30 when you promised to pay that day, provided a new phone number, and bring your new insurance which was cancelled since 6/1. When you failed to do so we still attempted to call you and reach out to you until 7/6. On 7/6 we made the decision to retrieve the vehicle due to a payment which was 23 days late. The next day we returned the vehicle under the promise that you would pay the repo fee in a week (7/14). That same day you agreed to come in on 7/8 with the full coverage insurance which is obligated under contract. You failed to provide insurance and contacted us after closing that you will be coming in today (7/9/2018). We are patiently awaiting your arrival. (We also have the receipts and records of communications if they need to be provided to verify anything that was mentioned above)
