  As many people know having bad credit doesn't leave you with many options when it comes to finding and buying a vehicle. With twins on the way Cesar at rockys auto was able to find me the perfect vehicle for a more than reasonable price. There was even a warranty included! Great place. I would recommend to anyone

  Finally... They took care of me and gave me a MUCH better vehicle!! Wow!! I'm so happy ...for now! I'm just gonna Pray that this car last because I Love it!! Thanks Paul and Marc for taking care of me!! Below is what happened to me first! I have to change my rating from 1 star to 5 stars...for now!! I purchased a car from the Glendale location on 8/24/2017 and by the time I made it home I knew something was wrong! I took it back the very next day and they said it was nothing they could do! The car is a Lemon and it's been in "their" service department since! It had to be towed Twice!! The car only had 22% oil life left and they told me I had to pay to get the oil changed! Now that's ridiculous! The door locks doesn't even work on the car! I asked to speak with the owner and was told that will never happen! Wow! All I wanted was a reliable car..not my money back...and I can't even get that!! I contacted 3 on your side to help me get some justice! I advise you to be careful dealing with these shady folks!!

  I love my car but everyone that works for this company are beyond rude. Customer service is terrible from Sales, to the finance department, to the service department. Once I pay my car off I will be the happiest person alive that I don't have to deal with this company anymore. The only good thing that I can say is they make the buying a car process very easy and stress free.

  DONT GET A CAR FROM HERE ! I had my car for 8 days n the brake pads were basically gone & grinding extremely hard! Mind u I told Paul o need a RELUABLE car for me n my CHILD! Then the speedometer is off the battery is bad. Heater cord unplugged leaking alignment, car key lock thing broken. Too much wrong w a car I had for only 2 MONTHS! Not only that they get there card from CACTUS JACKS! DO NOT FINANCE HERE

  Went to Rockys auto credit in Mesa and had the best experience working with Ernie he not only help me pick a good car but he went above and beyond with helping me with every step , and meet all my needs and answer all question. Best customer service ever. If you need a car and do not want to deal with a salesmen thats just trying to sell u anything then come to Rockys auto credit in mesa and ask for Ernie . This man needs a raise and promotion he is exceptional .

  Bought a Nissan from Cesar and had the best experience. He treated me like his family, explained options to me I didn't know I had, and kept it very professional. I'm so thankful I was able to spend my hard earned money with a car lot that didn't give me bad vibes. I literally came here at least 6 or 7 times before I bought a car and each time Cesar and his workers approached me and helped me even though they knew I wasn't buying a car that day. Thank you Cesar, I will be back for my next vehicle as well!!

  I was looking at an SUV in their lot this morning and was out there for maybe fifteen minutes or so. Nobody was around that I could see, nobody came out to talk to me. I went on their website while I was there, hoping to find the price of the SUV. Not there. But they had a "Chat Now" button so I clicked. I told "April" that I was on the lot and wanted some info about the vehicle. She asked for my email address so her "Internet Sales Manager" could get back to me. Um...I'm on the lot NOW. Then she asked for my last name so she "could address me properly". I gave my phone number and went shopping down the street while I waited but nobody ever did call. After I was done shopping I clicked on the chat button again and got a different fake-name-person. She went through the same routine and I didn't get any info. Nobody called. I had cash in my pocket to buy this SUV but I guess they didn't feel like selling anything today. Pretty lousy way to do business.
