  Brad at Westar Lending Group did a great job in helping us secure a loan for the house we built. It was a new house being built as owner-builder from ground up and Westar Lending Group was the only one willing to help us get a loan for the project.We couldn't have done it without them.

  As a real estate appraiser, I have had the opportunity to work with Brad Hughes and his associates at Westar Lending Group over the past several years. In many instances my appraisal assignments have been determined to be either complex in nature, under strict time constraints, or both. It is during these strenuous situations when the lender involved must work together with the appraiser in order to meet and solve these objectives. Brad and his staff at Westar have always communicated with me during the appraisal process to ensure I am provided with all that is necessary to produce an accurate and timely appraisal report.   Both Ashley and Brad are professional and have their clients best interest at heart at all times. Brad has advised me on matters of real estate on a number of occasions taking time out of his day to do this without a financial stake in the undertaking but to just help out a client.   Stay away! They were operating under another similar name "Westar Financial Group" in Granada hills before they changed their name. They are crooks!

  Do not do business with this company. They are rooks. They are not interested in their clients best interest but rather only interested in making money for themselves at every one else's expense.
