  We can't begin to express our gratitude to Sam and his team. We were in the middle of refying with Logix when one of our neighbors recommended Pioneers Home Loans. After speaking with Sam we decided to go with Pioneers and we could not be happier with our decision. He was always available, extremely knowledgeable and you always got the sense that he truly wanted to help you. Even after the refi we would reach out to him with questions and advise on other ventures and he was always happy to help us in any way possible. Since then he's helped us with the purchase of an investment property. I'd be remiss if I didn't mention Moe on Sam's team. Just a great guy who helped us find the right renters. Just like Sam, always available, hard working and just a pleasure to work with. That's what we found to be the biggest difference in working with Pioneer as opposed to a big bank or credit union, the personal interaction. You dont feel like you're just 1 of hundreds of clients. You feel like you have a team working for you. Good people that make the experience as pleasant as possible. We highly recommend them!!

  There is no words I can say about Sam and his team… But, if you want a broker and a team to be dedicated to you 100%, this is the place to go. They are absolutely amazing and won’t give up until they deliver. Thank you so much for everything you have done for me and for not giving up, even when I wanted to!!!

  Their service, professionalism, knowledge in the business and timeliness is top notch. Employees are very helpful and Sam has a way of simplifying the process where all you have to do is sit back and watch the beauty unfold and everything falls in to place.
