  This branch is horrible, agree. Never answer the phone or returning my calls. I ordered check book with Giovani at 02/02/22. Today is 2/22/22 & I still didn't receive it. They promised to email me link to open IRA account same day & I am still waiting for this link. Looks like I need to close all my accounts there & wire money to another bank.

  What happened to chase? This is their famous customers service? Closing a branch and let you wonder around looking for a new place to rent a box? Not nice. Here they wanted to add me to a waiting list. Really?

  Not sure why so much time was wasted in building the new parking lot just to make it smaller, and less convenient. However, my main complaint is about a young group of people gathering in the parking lot with skateboards/cars and drinking alcohol after hours. I've experienced this numerous times when attempting to use the ATM since this is the closest branch to my house. Every single time I end up driving out and going to the next branch as I don't feel safe walking in or out of my car with cash in my hands. I've complained to the bank manager and to no avail. Don't you people want customers? 99% of the reviews on this site are negative, doesn't that bother you? And I almost never write a bad review!

  Very amature staff. They just can read the instruction online and do their job, they can just help you as much as you can do online or vending machine does. They are not trained how to treat customers. If you have a complicated task or need some business advice, definitely select another branch. This branch is absolutely waste of time.

  I've been going to this bank for the last 25 years. Previously it was Washington mutual. The staff here is friendly but often it's a very busy place. When you want to attend to the safe deposit box you have to put your name on the list and wait approximately 10 to 15 minutes. Their interest rates on CDs is not very competitive you can find better offers online. In terms of staffing, now they have automated tellers, and as a result they cut down on human beings for help behind the window. currently there's construction going on over there so parking maybe a little bit of a hassle. Still this is an acceptable Bank and I will continue banking here.

  Why am I standing in the cold for the atm during this pandemic? This is absurd My favorite thing to do during a pandemic is stand around in line snd watch employees walk around while I could be in and out in 5 minutes. They want to police how many people are in thr lobby but don't do anything to move people faster. I think its hilarious that you guys spent the last few month's inconveniencing everyone with parking lot construction only for the end result be less parking and more than half of the original spots gone. Its typical banking logic I've come to expect from companies like this. Also, You guys need to change your insufficient fund fee policy. Taking money from someone's account when they're already negative seems like a cheap way to take your customers money.
