Kaileh Pistol1Spoke to Natasha, Branch Manager, or so I was told. Gave no assistance in establishing an account for our son. Said first appointment was MAY 24, over a month away. Branch had about 12 empty desks, only one had a staff member. My guess is everyone was fired? She gave no indication of why she couldn't help me sooner. We have had account here for 4 years, and it is awful. I do not recommend this place at all.

Sam z1This is the worst branch ever seen in my life They are not updated they are not professional and they come up with their own rules and regulation the woman works there,her name is Natalie or Natasha she wasn't comfortable to release her name due to her unnecessary attitude, please stay away from this Branch ,drive another two minutes to oakdale And receive your friendly service they should close this branch because Wells Fargo is losing their reputation every Day worse than yesterday, Big-time unnecessary attitude involved in this branch again stay away.

JD Huber1If I could give negative stars I would. The people in charge are clueless and lie about why the wait times are ridiculous. Wells Fargo doesn't want you coming in their banks anymore, understaffed on purpose. I am done with Wells Fargo!

When I walk in I'm greeted almost instantly; they always ask about my day, they always try to make everything quick and easy. I've never had a problem with this Wells Fargo and their customer service I think is fantastic. I always go to the same banker and he remembers me, always happy to see me.

From Aryan (I hope that I spelled your name correctly) the first to greet me with a smile upon my arrival to Sara who helped me solve my problem to Georgina (bank manager) who approved for Sara to help me with a time sensitive matter! Mike Hen2i would put poor only - but there is no available option for that. whatever you do - DO NOT bank with this bank, this branch in particular. i had my account for 14 years with them (business and personal). i recently opened another business account - WHAT A MISTAKE. i make deposit and expected to wait 20 days for my funds to be available - unless you are willing to put up with having to come to the bank and BEG some teller for your money, it is embarrassing at best - it makes it look like some Mafia situation where you have to talk to the "boss", i am a hard working man - i get paid at the end of a job (contractor), after being paid i have to go down to the branch and beg them not to hold my funds for 20 days. whatever you do; DO NOT SIGN UP TO WELLS FARGO CREDIT CARD MERCHANT ACCOUNT, DO NOT!!!! they advertise that you will get your money the next day, that is a LIE. I charged my client a progress payment on her credit card; she called her credit card company before we made the transaction to let them know that this is a legit payment and that we are a legit contractors doing remodeling at her house, she did make the call and parted with her money 10 days ago, the funds are being held HOSTAGE by the merchant until i provide them with copies of my contract with the client, invoices and more.. forget the smiles and firm handshake that Hendrik (the merchant account salesperson at the bank) gave you, you are now being asked to provide your client's private information (against the law - i can be sued for it) if you want to see your funds, as of now You (the bank client) you are a thief. now - after you completed your job and got paid in good faith - now the struggle with the bank starts in order to see your funds anytime sooner then 5-7 business days later. you are much better off going with another merchant. i hope that anyone who is reading this will not make the mistake that i did, if i helped prevent this from happening to even one person - this article has served it's purpose. sincerely, Moshe Hen

I gave a signed check to my son to cash it,customer service manager!! called to verify and after answering all those question she told me this is not your signature!! I said yes it is!! no is not!! yes it is!! no is not (of course in a very rude voice)I did not understand what was the point to call me then? I went there with my driver license and my checkbook!! she was still keep telling me this is not your signature!! maybe she wanted my DNA to proof!! and after I told her this is the worst customer service I have ever seen,and you as a manager instead of apologize to me keep telling that I forge my own!! signature.what an idiot.She said if you don't like it you better get your business somewhere else and refused to give me my own money!!! we were so angry(me and my son) at this point 2 other employees like nightclub!!'s bodyguard,asked us to leave the bank. They treat their customer like a criminal. I reported this to their head quarter and I hope they will taking care of it.
