  When my wife and I recently purchased our first home we were going into the process unaware of all the many steps it would take. Mike Larsen and the team at West Ridge Financial went above and beyond to make sure this worked. Many banks said no due to me being out of graduate school so recently. Mike took the time to get to know us and our financial situation. He has been with us every step of the way from start to finish. Mike has been available on weekends and nights too to answer questions and take care of things. The whole team over there made sure everything was taken care of. I don’t know how getting mortgage lending could go any smoother. I highly recommended Mike and the whole team over at West Ridge. We are in a home because of them!

  Mike at West Ridge Financial was hands down amazing!!! He said he could get our loan closed within 2 weeks, and he delivered! It actually only took about 10 days! Which was such a relief for us, because our home had already sold, and we were staying in a hotel and with family. It was so great working with Mike! He was very responsive, and knowledgeable!   Mike and his team were amazing!! The process went so smoothly and they were always in communication with us throughout the whole thing. My wife was in another state visiting family during the whole thing and when we closed, so she had to sign there. There was a bit of a hiccup with something but all of Mike’s team went above and beyond to make it happen so she could sign before the closing date. I will absolutely be using him again and will recommend him to anyone and everyone!

  My wife and I bought our first home through West ridge financial. We were very inexperienced in the home buying process, but Mike made it easy and explained everything to us. West ridge financial has an awesome personal feel and were available all the time to answer our questions. When it came to closing, they came out of their way to meet us and explained everything to us in a way that we can understand. They really know their stuff and would recommend them to anyone.
