  I applied for an auto loan refinance online. Melissa Christensen from the highland branch called me the next morning to review the process and request documents from me. Two days later the loan was fully funded and I was ready to go. I provided the docs and signed everything electronically. I never had to go to the branch which was extra convenient. Melissa was very professional and helped me get a rate that was better than I could have imagined. Super happy with her service and the product Alpine offers. This was a painless experience!. Will definitely call her next time I need to finance a vehicle.

  Cindy Lopez was so efficient and processed our accounts and car loan so fast. She is the loan officer at Alpine Credit Union in Highland. I want to also say that everyone at the branch were attentive and very nice! I am so happy with our new Credit Union! I highly recommend them!

  Casey, my loan officer at the Highland branch, was so great to work with. She found answers to many questions I had and responded quickly and professionally. She even found me an extended warranty option when it became difficult. Very satisfied with my experience and with Casey's help!

  I was pleasantly surprised on how easy it was to work with my bank to get a loan. The loan officer that helped me (Melissa) was extremely helpful. She contacted me the next day after I had applied for the loan and worked with me the whole time making this a very positive experience.

  WOW! I just finished a car loan with them and I am AMAZED by the services and speed they provide. My loan officer is Casey and she is so fabulous - quick to respond, explained all details I needed to know, just overall great to do business with. I have never experienced service like this with other financial institutions and will definitely be going back. Thank you Casey!!

  Five stars and then some. Cindy is a superb branch manager and loan officer. My husband was in need of a newer car and she facilitated every anticipated need we had. Good old fashioned banking methods! We felt as though we were listened to and Cindy cared about our situation. As an Alpine Credit Union representative, she was professional, courteous and got the job done. Thank you Alpine Credit Union! We feel that if we are in need of further banking needs, we won't be going anywhere else. As an aside, the staff at this bank just can't be any better than they are. You have the best of the best at the Highland Branch. Jamey and Catherine Johnston .

  I don’t even know where to start. This was one of the smoothest and best experiences I’ve ever had. I refinanced a car from another lender and got a new auto loan. They beat any rates around. The customer service from Melissa was next level. She was so responsive and on top of everything. I’m so glad I switched to you guys. Your service is top notch!

  Alpine Credit Union was a pleasure to deal with. Danielle at the Highland branch was always friendly and courteous. She would answer my emails in a very timely manner and call me back if she couldn't take my phone calls. Cindy was also very helpful with the paperwork and made the process very simple compared to other places. I usually deal with the American Fork branch and find that all Alpine Credit Union representatives are all very easy to talk to and WANT to help. That is becoming a lost skill with some people who deal with customers/clients. I highly recommend Alpine Credit Union for ANY of your banking needs or loans.
