  Very quick very helpful. I’ve had an account here for years but never used it. I doesn’t even have an online account yet. They walked me though making ask account and were very kind and I didn’t feel silly or awkward when they explained various rules and policies. Would recommend.

  I have used UCC U since I was a freshman in college. I use them because they are personable and friendly and take the time to help address my specific needs. In this specific case, I wanted to thank the Highland branch for their time and attention working through my latest request.

  Excellent customer service! Sarah introduced us into the 4321 credit card that builds credit and gives rewards monthly. Jeff guided us through the process and shared tips of how to build credit for my new college student. I definitely recommend this team!

  Your people are very kind and courteous. Your policies and procedures are way over the top. I was asked eight security questions and it was still not good enough to get done what I was asking.I even gave balances of some of my accounts. I was giving my kids names and birthdates and was working towards all 29 of my grandkids. I finally hung up and went into a branch office. Again the employees were very kind but I still had the same security issues and I have known the employee since they were a small child. After this very frustrating experience I was told that you have some great programs to help me. No thanks. I’ve been with UCCU since you were in the basement of the Wilkinson Center. You are getting too hard to work with.

  It was so easy to get a my credit card. From start to finish everything about the Highland branch was easy and efficient, from the tellers to the member service.

  LAUREL IS A BEAST!!! She is so helpful and makes me feel beyond comfortable when i go to her for my finance questions. UCCU is just the best, but laurel at the highland branch makes it even better!
