  Chantelle was very understanding of my situation of spending 6 months with a different realtor and not getting my house sold. She helped me make good choices and was able to complete the sale of my house in under a month. I had several offers to chose from and she went above and beyond what I expected. She knew what I wanted and needed and had my back to make sure I was taken care of. She was quick to respond to my text messages and phone calls and answered all my questions in a timely manner.

  She’s the best of the best! We bought our first home with her, ended up needing to sell a year later and used her to sell and buy again. She always took amazing care of us and has been always willing to answer any questions we had. We can’t recommend her enough to anyone looking to sell or buy!

  Chantelle was amazing to work with. She was always prompt in communication and was able to pitch an amazing offer to the home owners on our behalf and we got accepted! And in today's world with it being a buyer's market with many offers coming in we really were lucky we had her on our side as our realtor. She answered all the questions we ever had, and if anything stood in the way of delaying us getting our home she was on it doing whatever she could to help which made us feel like she truly cared. Our family feels so blessed and we love our home! Thank you Chantelle!

  Chantelle helped me make a great new home purchase that also turned out to be a great investment! She handled the entire process and made sure I understood everything that was going on. The contract got a little confusing and Chantelle made sure to step in and clear up any issues from the initial signing all the way through closing. It was a great process and I would recommend her to anyone who needs a realtor!

  Amazing rep! As an example- we encountered a problem with the rep representing our buyers that pulled some shady BS and caused us to have nowhere to sleep for one night in between moves— Chantelle covered our hotel night and extra moving expenses adding up to more than $1000! Classy rep, worth the commission. Would recommend to anyone. In general, Chantelle and her team stuck with us for over a year to find the right place to buy and gave us advice on getting the most out of the houses we bought and sold that was alone worth the commission. You would be hard pressed to find a more knowledgeable, organized, and professional real estate agent.
