  Truc Nguyen is hands down one of the best people at this location! She is always professional, knowledgeable, friendly and respectful of my time. She explains everything in a way I can understand and she really cares about her customers.   Treating customers with respect and integrity is paramount for any company providing goods or services. Unfortunately, too many auto dealers are still stuck in past, using stereotypical car sales tactics to misdirect, mislead, and control their customer. West Hills Kia is just one such dealer. My wife and I wanted badly to do business with a local dealer. (West Hills is about as local as any dealer can be to Bainbridge Island.) We had high hopes after our initial visit to West Hills and our first test drive. A few days later, I communicated with our salesperson our intent to move forward and gave specific information on where we needed to be regarding terms of the deal. All of this was based on deals I've reached on similar vehicles at other dealers. I was told our numbers were close, and he would not be wasting our time if he couldn't make it worth our while to come in. Long story short, after spending much more time at the dealership than anticipated, we finally got around to numbers. The initial deal given to us was close to $1000 more down and $150 more per month than I had communicated. The next round was what was expected for down payment but still $130 more per month. At which point, the salesman began to try to convince us we needed to look at other vehicles. At that point, my wife and I stopped negotiations and walked out. I was clear from the beginning what we were able to pay and which vehicle we were considering. To ignore a customer's direct communication is both disrespectful and dishonest. He had multiple opportunities to let us know before our visit and before numbers were placed in front of us that we wouldn't be able to reach agreeable terms. Instead, we wasted four hours of our day for no reason. I can't recommend West Hills at all, unless one is looking to buy a vehicle from a stereotypical auto dealer.

  They are amazing! Always so friendly and helpful! We just came in for an oil change and they took such great care of us, including my four year old and 21 month old. Lots for the kiddos to do while waiting. We love West Hills Kia!!

  Excellent customer service across the board! Members provided a very friendly environment which helped ease the process. Worked with us the whole way on getting the best deals for our price range and helped us find something suited for what we were looking for. The experience was refreshingly nice and easy, I would come back for any future purchases.

  I didn't buy a car but my buddy did. They worked with him to put him behind the wheel of something that he could not only handle but afford. The staff provided superlative service- to all hands, Job Well Done. In fact, if and when I'm in a position to get my own vehicle, I will make it a point to pay these folks a visit!

  Very friendly place to buy a car! Matt was very helpful in explaining all about the vehicle and let me take it on a comprehensive test drive so I could try it out at different speeds and different terrains. They gave me a good online quote as well, which is why I went to West Hills Kia.

  I hate car shopping and always put it off as long as possible. Headed down to Bremerton to drive a particular Mazda and a particular Honda to compare, but pulled into West Hills Kia instead. I drove away with a Soul that I just love. Everyone there was helpful, fair, and patient. My best car buying experience ever! And a special shout out to salesman Mike Jones!

  If you ever need a car, come to these guys! I came in ready to look at a few cars I'd found on their website, and Noah from West Hills Honda immediately helped me find the perfect car for me (spoiler, it wasn't one from the list). After I decided on which car I wanted, Ron from West Hills Kia helped me through all the paperwork. 10/10 experience, if I ever need another car, I'll come right back to these guys!

  The staff was awesome!! I had been looking to upgrade my 2013 Kia Sorento SX with a newer model---looking at packages to get the upgrade for ventilated seats and tow package, plus to keep business local. The sale manager (Shawn) and Sales Staff (Abi) did more than an outstanding job while looking at cars for the last couple months. I would highly recommend West Hills Kia based on reputation - been going here for more than 5 years, plus they cater to all the questions, knowledgeable, and professional.

  As with any car sales, high prices suck with no discounts! But, you get a lifetime of good service and every time you have service done you get a free coffee. Plus there is popcorn, water bottles, 2 lounges, free WiFi and everyone I see is pleasant and helpful. Shout out to the service guys at the desks, Wendy who is also over there, and my sales person, Josh, who all go above and beyond everyone I'm there with my car. Thanks everyone!
