  I take my car here for service and always have a great experience. Rick W. is awesome - very easy to work with to get appointments scheduled and he explains everything and makes sure I don't get stuff done that isn't needed. Definitely 5 star service! I should add that i know Rick through a family member, but whenever I'm there, everyone is getting the same great customer service.

  Heartland Toyota provides excellent service. I took my Toyota Certified Used Car in for a small issue. They professionally examined the vehicle and had it ready much sooner than expected. I will be back for a set of tires next.

  I am beyond ecstatic with my experience at Heartland Toyota, all thanks to Robbie Baker! I originally had an appointment with a different salesman whom I was referred to by Ashley Holmberg (you rock!), but that salesman had to leave for an emergency at home. Feeling a little uneasy about having to switch to a different salesman, I reluctantly met with Robbie... but within a few minutes of chatting with him, I knew I was in good hands! This guy answered every single question, concern, request, was open and honest about the cars and their history, and overall just a great communicator. I couldn't have felt more comfortable. Buying a car was a big deal for me, so I took my time looking and test driving... almost 4 hours to be exact, during which, Robbie was patient and friendly the entire time. While we were driving around I saw a car on Kia's lot that I really liked. Robbie was more than happy to show the car to me even though it wasn't his own inventory, and after helping me negotiate a price (what a rockstar!), he set me up with the Kia's Finance Manager. I assumed that when I was done with all of the finance paperwork that I would just be on my way... but there was Robbie! Still waiting patiently to make sure I had everything I could possibly need before leaving in my new car. This guy stuck it out with me for 7 HOURS that day!!! Just went completely above and beyond what I was expecting. I couldn't give a higher praise! Thanks Robbie!!!

  Niko was great, he dialed in to exactly what our family needed. We didn’t just buy a car we ended up with two! We would highly recommend Niko and Heartland Toyota, finance folks were professional and helpful in reviewing options to what fit best for us.

  I have been coming to Heartland Toyota for years. Rick Wessel has always been the most helpful person for me. Whenever I get my car serviced I always book with Rick and I am married now and my husband and I both book with Rick . He make sure that everything is OK if I get some sort of mail that I don’t understand I called him he explains to me what it’s about. He is the reason that we continue to come to Heartland Toyota because he gives us customer service like I’ve never seen. He goes out of his way to make sure to return calls he’s so professional always let you know where are you are in the service of that day. He is so professional and so courteous. He is the main reason we come to the Heartland.   I love this place! Just leased my 3rd car from them. Salespeople are always welcoming and caring. You can tell that customer service is important to everyone who works there. Wait area is comfortable, free wifi, great snacks and lots of smiling faces. They are doing it right!

  In the era of "it's all about me" I wanted to take the time to comment on a Heartland employee named Ricky Saly. Having a 2008 Tacoma and wanting to keep it in the best shape I have to make several service appointments. IN all cases (going back several years) I have dealt with Ricky and 100% of the time he has consistently been devoted to ensuring my experience is great. His attentiveness to details, his sense of humor and above all his commitment to customer service go 'above & beyond' In his case, it is not 'all about me', it is all about the customer.

  When some friends saw us eying their new Rav4, they highly recommended Heartland Toyota for the location, convenience, service, and help in selecting a vehicle to fit their needs. We stopped by to check it out and were pleased to work with Robbie Baker, who patiently answered our questions, took us on a very informative test drive and helped us make our choice by asking questions about our needs and matching that with the many vehicles available. Once we made our decision the whole team helped us through the process, from financing, to insurance, and finally to take our car home. The process was very efficient.
