  We took our vehicle in for some wiring issues. Our service consultant, Nina Shaw was great to work with! She has worked hard with our warantee company to make sure the items were covered under warantee wherever possible, and also kept us in the loop of the progress. The experienced technician has displayed attention to detail to make sure our vehicle was fixed properly. This particular job was a big job because a major wire harness needed to be replaced so we wouldn't have on-going issues with our vehicle wiring. Overall, our experience here with the service consultant(s) and technician(s) was very professional. I now feel I can trust them whether I take in our vehicle for minor maintenance or a problem that seems major. Thank you.

  Somehow I got extremely lost on my way there.. They were very patient with me and pushed my appointment back! They were so helpful and answered all of my questions also they were super funny and kind to my eight-month-old son. In the middle of my car getting serviced I had left the diaper bag in the car and one of the guys at the front desk just ran and grabbed stuff from his car to help me out honestly it was a really great experience and I only plan on coming back to these guys from here on out!!! this was my first visit!

  I switched dealerships and the new one gave me free services. I am a part of the Hyundai complimentary maintenance program and Haselwood still charged me for every oil change and tire rotation, after I asked if they were free. They told me no every time. I’m very upset with this and will not be going back here again.

  This dealership is top notch! I have purchased and serviced my cars here for years and they never disappoint. Haselwood Hyundai keep up the good work. Update for 2021: So much has changed here for the worse that I have to lower this review to one star since this place doesn’t care about its customers anymore.

  I have brought my car here for service three times. Each time the staff was professional helpful and efficient. The work was done in the estimated time. I was given rides to and from when needed. I liked the small waiting area with free coffee, water, snacks and popcorn. I would have liked free WiFi.

  Bought my Hyundai Tucson here. We feel we were treated fairly and received a decent deal. I had my first oil change here (free) and the service was decent but slow. I was on time, there were 3 check in staff, and I waited more than 15 minutes to be checked in. The whole process was about 90 minutes; 3 x longer than Jiffy Lube.

  Do not beleive anything they tell you, whatsoever. The common thought is that dealerships yank you around and BS you, but my lord thia dealership took the cake. Was told that a certain car didnt have an option, and that they couldn't order one in, attempting to push a used car. Called other hyundai dealerships, shocker, the option is available and there was no problem ordering one in new...

  Haselwood Hyundai was great! One of the best car buying experiences thanks to Joel, my sales person. He was very knowledgeable and had a fabulous personality. I will definitely be buying all of my cars from him. All of the staff were nice from the manager, Keith to the finance person. Highly recommend Haselwood Hyundai!

  Please go to a different dealer. After 6 months of having our car the dealers have broken my bumper, taken 4 appointments to fix. I was sold a maintenance package and they will tell you, you can use it anywhere and that is only for this store. I have for over a month of trying to contact the GM been told he will get back with me. He has never called. I feel like I'm an annoyance for just wanting a refund for something we can't use because we're military and getting stationed in FL. Way to treat the people who serve your country.

  Took my wife's Tucson in for an oil change. The service rep was nice enough to inform me that the 30k maintenance was overdue. They took care of it for me with only a limited extension of the time I was planning on spending that morning. Car returned clean and maintenance completed.
