  I've bought every car I've ever owned throug Haselwood. The network they have there is pretty amazing. While I've dealt with various salesman (who have all been great) I would 100% recommend going with Jason Ramos. He works out of the VW/Hyundai dealership but he can totally work with you to get you in any car on the complex. He's not overbearing at all but he's very knowledgeable on a wide range of vehicles. What sold us is he wasn't pushy, it felt as if a friend was showing us around. 10 out of 10 I'd recommend Haselwood and more importantly Jason Ramos.

  *Update* Credit was applied on January 24th. Only 8 months after the initial conversation. *Update* Spoke to the GM on January 7, 2019. Was told my refund is processing and will update when it finally goes through since I've had so much run-around. Not bad experience buying but I've now been trying to get a resolution since May 2018. The general manager knows about it and assigned it to the finance coordinator. I wasn't getting any help or calls back until I files a report with the BBB after 2 months of no responses. Anyway, fast forward now that the old Finance Coordinator either quit or got fired, no surprise. So I spoke to the new finance coordinator once and asked for an update. I provided him all my contact information and welcomed him to leave voicemails or emails when I can't be reached and have never been called back since we spoke. Just a little insight to how this place operates.

  When my husband and I went into Parr VW in 2013 to look into purchasing a TDI Jetta, I did not think that we would be going back. The pressure to purchase a car before we left that evening was unbelievable. We ended up purchasing our TDI Jetta from another dealer and really loved the car. Fast forward to the VW Diesel Settlement. We elected to take advantage of the buyback option and wanted to purchase another VW. Parr, now Haselwood, is the closest dealer to our home and we thought we would go into the dealership to see if they had a Passat that would fit our needs. Our intention was not to go into the dealership that day to purchase unless we found exactly what we were looking for and the price was right. We met Luke Buchanan and I have to say, he made purchasing our new VW at Haselwood our BEST car buying experience to date. Luke was knowledgeable, helpful, answered all of our questions, and truly went above and beyond including finding a car that had the essentials and best of all, it was $20. under where we wanted to be as far as price point! The transaction was smooth and right to the point. Not to mention, another great thing about purchasing a vehicle in Bremerton is that the tax rate is lower than a lot of counties in WA. We have been to other dealerships and after all of the back and forth, it feels like you got hit by a bus. This time, it was different and in a positive way. My husband and I both felt like we were given a fair price and we were able to smile and laugh with Luke through the whole process. After we agreed on the price, Jim, in the financing department was phenomenal. Jim helped make the paperwork end move quickly and smoothly. He found the best rate possible for the financing and did not try to sell us "packages" we did not need. No pressure at all. When looking for a VW, look no further. Haselwood is a wonderful dealership that will do what they can earn your business. We cannot speak for other sales folks, but we can say that Luke was awesome and would not hesitate to work with him again or recommend him to anyone. Thank you Luke, Jim and the whole staff for making our experience great!

  I want to give a shout out to Michael Durant with Haselwood Volkswagen Hyundai. I was in the process of getting a car through an online company, however I wasn't very happy with a few things that were going on. I went to Haselwood Volkswagen Hyundai and spoke with Michael. He took the time to listen to me with concerns re: the other company and told me lets go drive a few cars. Michael was very professional and courteous, explained everything to me I asked about. Woohoo, I was able to drive away in the car I wanted and cheaper interest rate... Thank you Michael Durant for all your help, your the best

  Kyrsten made our experience a relaxed and enjoyable one. The dealership gave us a great deal and we LOVE our new Santa Fe Sport! The friendly staff of Haselwood was so different from pushy salespeople at other places we visited. Thanks to everyone at Haselwood!!!

  Took my car in for an oil change only to discover they didn't tighten up the plug so I leak out . I was told to be there at 2 to leave at 4:30....for an oil change!!!!! It's a VB bug people not a semi. Also, customer service was horrible to say the least. Don't go if you're allergic to latex, the lady gave me a hard time and said she couldn't make her staff stop to wash their hands. When I shared that it took so long to g, she told me that it was because they had to wash their hands...right?! It looks like you'll get great customer service but there's no way in hell

  Big shout out to Nate P. I sent my dad in there looking for a Jetta and he has always been "nervous" about going into a dealership. These guys down at Haselwood VW changed that for him. He's never been so happy with a car purchase and cant stop talking about his great experience, from the sales staff to the Managers. Thanks for taking care of my pops guys!
