  Wendy Nance is phenomenal to work with! Our process was completed entirely by phone and online. We have never closed on a home loan so quickly and with zero stress. Wendy is kind and professional. She was in contact with us throughout the entire process, handled our questions quickly, and had us closed and funded in about a month.
