jaswinder singh5Last week i went to this branch , both time i had a wonderful experience. First on 06th July, i went their to discuss my credit card application, I made a appointment online , on day of appointment, got a courtesy call from the bank. On arrival, i noticed , they strictly following the social distance guidelines in the bank, You can only enter the bank, if you have appointment.Inside also they social distance signs are visible and staff wearing the masks, and hand sanitizer bottles everywhere. We are welcomed by Miss Dana Schwartz , She is very efficient,friendly and intelligent girl, she helped our application in minutes, she carefully reviewed our application , and help us to get the all the paperwork. Thanks to her , our application is approved. Then on 8th July again i visited this branch, this time we are helped by Miss Sujata Bachan, for our home mortgage document.She is also very friendly and efficient and gave us the all necessary paper works in few minutes. Both time i am well impressed by their services. Definitely recommend this branch.

Elaine Mendonez Kawas1THE WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER! This branch is terrible with customer service! When I first opened the account last year (during the beginning of the pandemic) the people were much nicer or at least they KNEW how to talk to their customers... the last couple of times I’ve been there their customer service has gone down. Especially the teller at the end far left, she is obnoxious, she will mock you and whether I was right or wrong...YOU SHOULD KNOW HOW TO TALK TO A CUSTOMER, not laugh in their face while your standing there... and whisper to another employee about you while you’re still right there! I was trying to explain to her a situation that occurred quite a few times last year and that the man that had opened my joint account with my husband had done as a courtesy for us a few times, maybe he allowed or overrode a policy...whatever the case, the employee there at the time did that for us, and she sat there mocking me saying that man did not exist in that branch, that I must be confused where I was ... and the tone she used was almost like a sarcastic teenage girl, like my 13 year old daughter would use on me! It’s inexcusable and all the while I’m trying to explain who this man was as she’s rolling her eyes and laughing to her co-workers like I’m crazy... what kind of customer service training does Wells Fargo provide? It’s A JOKE! I’ve never been treated like this!. I plan on pulling my accounts from here, Wells Fargo used to be an upstanding bank in my book, but this branch is the complete opposite, i travel from exit 7 on the 135 to Ext 14 every time I need to go to the bank, that’s how much I LIKED Wells Fargo and how much it WAS worth it to me... it’s NOT anymore, this branch has made my outlook on this banks name go way down. I will be moving my accounts INDEFINITELY ... if ur looking for a quality branch with excellent customer service, this is not the place BY FAR! I WOULD GIVE THEM NEGATIVE STARS IF I COULD!! Take your business elsewhere.... trust me, save yourself the aggravation! Find a bank that employs professionals.

Mauka Montero1Isha Tanveer. She is the service manager and she is extremelly rude. What a waist to have her representing Wells Fargo. She has no customer service skills. Now I understand why this bank has a 2.7 star review.

Yian Lu5I had a welcoming experience coming to this WF branch on 12/18/20. I can't speak for the negative reviews, but my initial visit was very smooth and convenient. I managed to walk in without an appointment, and Sue was more than happy and enthusiastic in assisting me open a checking and Savings account. She also acted as a teller and deposited my cash when the teller window was closed, as well as guiding me on what WF advisors and what WF in general could provide. Thank you Sue, for making exceptions and giving new customers a kind first impression. I also like to point out that the bankers here, Sue, Anna and Nonan were all courteous and called me throughout the months ahead, for no urgent purpose, just to see if they could interest or assist me with more banking services. Which I definitely will in the future.

Dino Evangelista1This place is a complete joke. Customer service staff is basically useless. They aren't letting customers into the branch.. How is anyone supposed to run a business or construct normal banking with this excuse of a bank??Accounts closed, on to a bank that actually values their customers. I would leave negative stars if I could.

iuliana shapira1I went to Wells Fargo and found it that it is closed. They only take drive through business. They asked me to send my driving license through the pneumatic tubes to deposit a check. Wells Fargo is the worst bank possible. They should just fold and let others (TD bank, Bank of America etc) to the business of banking.

PJ G1Refusing to serve customers in the building? I walked to the bank a few weeks ago and was not allowed in to make a withdrawal, and of course they don't serve walk up customers in the drive thru. Came back today with the car and it's over a 30 minute wait. Time for a new bank!

RK 5161Went to the syosset branch just to ask if they could break a $20.00 the teller asked if I had an account with them, I said no, she said sorry I can't break it for you. I never heard of anything so stupid in my life! So I walked out and went to Chase bank, they did it with no problem, and they didn't even ask if I have an account. Stay away from this bank. What if I was interested with an account with them? Well guess what? it will never happen now!

JACK1A disaster totally unprofessional .I had ordered some foreign currency through this branch I was told 48 hours time frame but they failed to deliver even the next day. They caused undue hardship and stress before my trip. .I would not recommend this place for any business. Don't go there. They lack seriousness and responsibility. TD BANK came to my rescue thanks to TD bank.
