  Customer service is impeccable. I love this bank and will continue to use them. The staff is so friendly and they remember you. It is nice to know they are paying attention and strike up friendly conversations just because.

  The Syosset branch has been closed since the pandemic and now it says online it's open when it's not...and the ATM is often out of service. Unacceptable. People need money and what is the point of a credit union if you can't get money or a teller?

  The staff makes the bank great. They are so cute and are friendly to each other. They always offer magnificent help and make things so easy for the customer. Definitely recommend banking with them. 5/5

  I admittedly don't visit this branch as much as I should, but I always get stellar customer service every time I'm here, whether it's to use the teller or customer service people for one thing or another, it's always a great visit. Thumbs up and don't stop being great.

  Staff is not knowledgeable, possibly due to inexperience and/or lack of training. Be careful when deciding to open an account here. Their "promotions" are contradicting depending on which flyer you read. Their advertised 2% APY interest rate DOES NOT actually earn you 2% because it costs money to earn that rate and it is capped. Anything over the cap drops you down to 0.5%. In my case, I would have made LESS than 1% interest on their 2% promotion. Go to a real bank and avoid the games.

  I’ve been banking with them since freshman year at CW Post campus of LIU. 16 years later, I’m still banking with them although I now live in Washington, DC. Awesome bank.

  My wife's debit card expired and they never sent a new one, even after repeated calls. Manager was very rude over the phone.

  20 minutes in traffic to get to this location because I needed jovia and it is a Wells Fargo. I could have paid my $3 ATM fee somewhere else!
