  Visited on Saturday store was clean after snow storm entrances were clear. Had to wait that's normal as tellers push products. Was OK for Service

  Count your money before you leave, every time! Even if it is like 500 hundred. I asked for two hundred bill, two hundred of 20 bill and hundred of 10 bill. And the teller gave me the money in the stack. Didn’t count . Thinking it is not rocket since . But when I needed the money today and pull them out of my envelop . I found out there no 20 dollar bill at all! Called customer service . Was told have to go back to the branch. I remembered there was an incident back when there was an gentleman who had a small Gaines account and was yelling in the hall saying he was given some money short. It was too loud to be missed. Now I realize. It could be the style of this branch! Be aware! Update : I went back,, they admit they made the mistake. I was returned the money.

  I was one of the first customers in this branch and i am thinking of moving all my accounts away now. They change mananagement completely every 3-6 month and it is loosing its appeal to me completely. New managers ignore you, dont respond to emails. The whole feeling of community bank is lost. Not its a faceless corporate structure. Maybe thats the goal? I used to come in chat with susan branch manager or olyvia branch manager.. and now they never know me and i have no idea who they are... Much improver since - thank you!

  Easy to see right off of Jericho Turnpike servicing Syosset and the adjoining areas of Nassau County. Plenty of parking and a wheelchair accessible entrance. Clean facilities. Drive through available for easy deposit. ATM on premises as well. Public Restrooms. Staff is ok. We will most likely be going back.

  Called to discuss opening a business checking account and the customer service representative did not appear to know TD's products and responded to my inquiries rudely.

  They r fighting over the phone with customers! It is hard for me to hear all the unpleasant talking after the teller hang off the phone!
