  This is a great bank for anyone looking to waste time and be inconvenienced. TD bank, Bank of America, and Chase are a great option if you don’t want to deal with confused / poorly trained bankers every time you need to visit the bank.

  There is a very nice and helpful banker here named Raminder Tomar. She helped me beyond what was necessary and gave me benefits which I didn't expect. And she wasn't even the banker I opened my accounts with. She will now be my go-to for HSBC banking.

  Waiting on the teller line for 25 minutes with only 2 people in front of meone of them at thr teller. Every employee in the branch was award of the issue and no buddy addressed. No lidership at this branch.

  I just went bank all staff left they say bank closes So many old people come after me they should open up until 5 pm they close at 3.25 pm Manger rush in car left

  After work hours, it is hard to open the door by swiping cards , don't waste your time find another branch.

  Needs better directions. A bigger sign board will help. It is not Jericho turnpike exactly.

  Went to get money out of ATM because bank was closed at 405pm on a Friday and ATM had no money....
