  Not helpful. Amy Chiu sucks and is the worst banker I've ever experienced. Have 3 accounts with Bank of America and never have been treated so badly and rudely by any other branch. Stay away

  I never like going inside this house of horrors. Unless you’re Chinese, don’t expect any respect from the Chinese manager. People who work here are colder than a refrigerator. “You have now entered the twilight zone “ always comes to me as I walk in.

  Karen Liu helps me with most of my banking when I visit here. She provides valuable information, and I have benefitted a lot from her knowledge. Because of her, I received a $900 reward that I never knew BofA offered, an immediate upgrade to top Preferred Rewards, and the approval of more credit cards which led to another $700 in rewards.

  I had MeiYee Tam as my banker and she was absolutely wonderful! She was super helpful with every question I had and was able to explain everything when I had asked her. She was very kind and patient! I would definitely go back to this bank specifically for this banker! Nothing but wonderful things to say about her!

  The worst experience in BANK ever! Rude and poor service the Chinese lady. Only thing works well there is the ATM, machine will replace tellers soon!

  Deposited bank check in the morning they told me it will be available tomorrow morning but in the evening I got an email that it will held for 7 days. not good for financial institution like Bank of America
