  Worst experience ever. Went in to open a simple checking account. Bank manager turned me away as I didn't offer enough business. I felt very discriminated against. I called ahead to make sure I would bring all I needed to open a personal checking account. $25 and two forms of ID, which I had. This is all I was told to open a checking account. Apparently I was lied to or this bank manager simply didn't want my business. The lady that greeted me at the door was pleasant. Went very much downhill after that though. Awful experience.

  Snobby staff. Been doing the same thing for over a year and just this time she was in a bad mood and decided to change “the rules”. Didn’t even see if I had funds to cover the check I was depositing, which I did, before telling me I couldn’t cash a check. Been a member for about four years and have worked for Wells Fargo before. Highly suggest Ballard location, much nicer and consistent. Had to drive across town to actually get taken care of.

  I have currently been waiting for over 40 minutes as two bankers Independent of each other sit in their cubicles and stare aimlessly at their computer screens. To say that the customer service here is dreadful would be a stark understatement. Customers are treated as burdens. The only one who seems to be working tirelessly is a man named Miguel.

  Unfortunately one bad apple can SPOIL the bunch.. Some of the most customer friendly Bank Tellers work at this location! I have always enjoyed banking with them. BUT that being said the supervisor is lacking and or void of any customer service skills. If part of your job is communicating with people.. PLEASE! Teach her how to be friendly or at least pleasant with human beings. I know this doesn't always come naturally for some individuals but in a buissnes that involves customer service it's literally a basic necessitie.. PLEASE have your Tellers work with her on this skill.. and I am sure your customers will appreciate the gesture.

  I pray that you never need to call the corporate bank system of Wells Fargo. Either you will be redirected multiple times to no where or they will inform you that your account number does not exist. All of that was Automated phone systems! Just let me talk to a person like normal banks!

  Wells Fargo brings no value to its customers. Had to visit 3 locations to close my account and it took over 2 hours. Avoid at all cost!!

  I drive thru today 7/20/18, Kevin was extremely rude after telling me I can't deposit money without an ID. I waited in line for Kevin to spend 15 mins helping one customer, to be turned away rudely then laughed at as I drove away.

  Very friendly, efficient employees. Always greet their regular customers by name and with a smile.
