She had great insight and gave excellent suggestions to make our home purchase a lot easier and less stressful here in Appleton, Wisconsin.   Everything about our experience with Gwen was amazing. We were working with another broker and ran into issues with little time to spare before we were supposed to close on our new home. Gwen stepped in and took care of things right away. She was confident, consultative and just an overall pleasure to work with. Not to mention she got us a better rate than we were going to get with the other broker. Her communication and responsiveness is top notch. A true professional who understands customer service and how important it is for home buyers to feel secure. Can't recommend her enough.

  Gwenn provided me with one of the most exceptional customer service experiences I have had in recent memory! I’m not usually much of a review person but wanted to be sure that people who read reviews are aware of how outstanding the service was that I received when working with Gwenn. It was a very time-sensitive situation and Gwenn bent over backwards to work within difficult time constraints and difficult financial constraints to assist me with obtaining a preapproval letter so that I could place an offer on the home of my dreams. Without Gwenn‘s can-do attitude, I would not have been able to place the offer. At one point, we thought it would not be possible to put financing in place in time to obtain a preapproval letter, but Gwenn continued to work after we hung up and called me back a short time later to share a solution she had thought of. She put me in touch with someone who also bent over backwards to assist me and it says a great deal about Gwenn‘s reputation that this new individual was so willing to work with me on such a tight time deadline and such difficult constraints based on Gwenn’s referral. If you need someone who can get things done for you and is smart, courteous and solution-oriented, I would recommend Gwenn without hesitation! I can’t thank her enough for what she did for me !

  Gwenn was amazing! She was so informative, patient, and understanding. We did not have a very high credit rating and were having a bit of a hard time finding a loan company to work with us. Being an Army vet, I was also trying to get a VA Home loan (my second one), and she was able to find a mortgage company to work with us, AND at a reasonable rate! We hadn't had our own home (been living with family) for a couple of years, so this was HUGE for us. She is so genuine and does everything she can to help get what is needed. Thank you SO much Gwenn, you will always be my first go-to if I ever have a mortgage question or need!

  My husband and I recently bought our first home, and boy was there a lot to learn! We did a lot of research on our own, but having people you trust on your side was huge in helping us make informed and confident decisions. We were so glad to have Gwenn recommended to us, and after working with her, we will definitely recommend her to anyone purchasing a home in the future.   I was referred to Gwenn’s agency through some very trusted friends. Gwenn was involved with me through the whole process, even before her domain “loan officer responsibilities” came in. Her vast experience during home search, inspections, negotiation – I developed a very strong trust with her. Finally when we found the house we were looking for, she not only got us best rates but also advised are the pros/ cons of each plan. For home buyers like me, there is and should be a long list of questions and Gwenn was there to sail me through all of that.   My experience with Gwenn and her mortgage team far exceeded my expectations!! I had a very unique situation with my home purchase that was both stressful and difficult, Gwenn turned my mortgage around in a very short time and got the job done when my original lender could not. She took the negative situation and always looked at the positives of it. Gwenn kept me informed of all that was happening and worked through the bumps with enthusiasm and resourcefulness.
