      I go through this bank. But for sure never coming to this place for services again. The ATM ate my card. It's been two days after, so now they telling me it's out of order. As soon as they get it fix, they will call me if they recover my card. They could've at least been honest and said its be shredded. This ain't the first time this ATM ate my card. Lucky I have back ups. Horrible horrible horrible!

      I have nothing but good things to say about this bank. They went above and beyond to get my business VL Performance setup with a credit line and business banking account. This is a huge step for my business!!!! So excited to go into wells and shut my personal and business accounts down that I’ve had setup for over 10 years. US Bank sees the potential in young aspecting businesses and are willing to go the next step with you. Matt Meyers was my guy there and he was great!!!!

      We made a payment on our line of credit by ACH from a local credit union. They put a 7 day hold on an ACH payment. ACH is a direct payment of cash from another financial institution. How can they do that?
