  Tom reached out to us a couple of years ago to recommend that we take advantage of historically low mortgage rates. His help made it so easy to refinance not only the mortgage loan on our primary home that he originally helped us with a few years earlier, but also our second home mortgage that was at a much higher rate. This advice also allowed us to change from 30 year financing on both loans to 15 year financing, with minimal changes to our mortgage payments, and refi closing costs that were more than reasonable considering the long-term interest savings we were now able to realize! We will definitely reach out to him again if we need help in the future, and fully recommend him to anyone needing mortgage financing.
